Go to lumetri color setting
Preferences
Display color click both option
And finally
To go project
Viewer gamma to 1.96 quick time
THIS (on M3 Pro Mac, at least). Accurate monitoring vs. output.
this comment needs 1 million likes! thank you thank you!
Thank you Matt and Justin! It's not exact, but a much better look than the slightly washed out look.
Tried it, but the colors still aren't the same. This is so annoying..
Found a fix?
@@Zomballfish unfortunately no, i've tried other ways, but nothing worked, so I turned to different program called 'Shotcut' which is free. bit more annoying but still simple. and personally I don't need editing that often.
yea the lut is to much
Go to lumetri color setting
Preferences
Display color click both option
And finally
To go project
Viewer gamma to 1.96 quick time
Thank you Matt
Only in mac i have this problem not in pc though and i have tired wha you say but still my color is more dark not exactly the same
But not exactly same as the color in the Premiere Pro.
Same problem here lmk if you find out aswel
No solution, it's just that media players and social medias can't show Gamma. But you can see the same color in VLC player. I just made the video over colored in the PR so the result doesn't look washed out.
@@NyanWinAung-cy8ni Same problem here for years, I don't get why this is a thing still.
@@NyanWinAung-cy8niyes colors are saturated in premiere on my m1 mbp, there's no setting to tag it as rec709A
So problematic
thanks. i applied the lut and it did exported more saturated than without the lut. but the thing is that i think the problem is with the VLC player because I'm playing my sample clip now simmultaneously in VLC, Media Player, Windows Media Player, and Movies & TV, all are saturated except for the VLC window.
Thank you matt🔥
Awesome, thank you so much, it worked perfect! Fast and easy!
i used lut and cant export
HUGE HELP
Thanks Matt
Thank you, Matt!!
thank you matt
Has anyone found a solution? I've tried the gamma comp LUT so many times and it never worked. I then found that I could resolve by selecting software encoding instead of hardware encoding, but that seems to not work anymore. The video looks great in Premiere, only to export and it looks dull almost like it's the straight log footage...
Thank you matt
Thank you sooooo much for this
THANK YOU!!!!
Thank you
Now it’s darker with the correction lut, would exporting in h265 or prores make a difference??
thanks man! is there a way to have this imported rather searching and adding it?
That is not a solution or a fix in any way. Just a band aid for not a simmilar result
It makes it so contrasty I’m so mad
im having a similar issue with fcp
Hey can you tell me plz what font you used in this video ?
Is there a similar fix for After Effects???
this is NOT helping at all..
hhmmmmmmmm
Thank you Matt
thank you matt
