Cisco Contig, thank you very much for your help. I speak from Angola 🇦🇴 ( África). Your knowledge helps me, again, thanks and don't stopping share what you know.
I am so grateful for your instructive step-by-step videos, I was able to configure my network with a router and a switch, and it's working just as expected. please don't stop, keep producing more videos like these ones, it's so helpful. once again many thanks.
I absolutely love your videos. I have a home lab, I’ve already gotten my CCNA, but I feel like I need to do it on actual hardware. I haven’t found any good videos on things to actually do with my lab, so thank you!
seen more then 100 videos about networking. But I can't get all details in one video. But you are really great and you have good teaching skill also. Because you explained clear and Step by step configuration. It really helps to beginners. Thanks
Your videos are better than learning from books. Please keep doing more videos on Routing and Switching. I would love to see troubleshooting videos like Troubleshooting vlans and stuff. Thanks.
Thanks Brother, great tutorial, keep it up, May Allah bless your work. Beginners like me needs some step by step of all set up for home lab. Ramadan kareem
You are doing very good job like practically well.. Perfect video. Please make zoom when you are doing configuration.. All Your videos are very useful keep it up...👌🏽👌🏽👌🏽
Good teaching of a practical setup that could be used in a real life Small or Medium size Business Scenario. Next how about you show us the same thing but with another Switch trunked to the first switch to simulate a multi floor, multi department Business.
Sir, am loving your videos here now... have a similar setup as this but have only one vlan1 the default. Computers cannot access internet, while everything works fine. Thanks
Very nice explain sir, layer 2 switch, layer 3 switch and router isp in 3 device how to intervlan routing with internet,in this topic please make one video
Hello. I watched your tutorial and thank you for the explanations. I would like to know if we can directly connect the L3 switch to the modem router? If so, how is the configuration done so that local networks can have access to the internet
Cisco Config, thank you very much for this fantastic video. I have followed your steps and have successfully set up two working VLANS. What I would like to do now is have a device connected to the ISP router (outside the router on a stick) ssh into devices on the VLANS. Can you point me in the right direction?
Helpful tutorials. Would you kindly do me a video for load balancing and autofailover for Cisco 891F please? I'm using Mikrotik to handle the PPPoE server while Cisco handles load balancing and failover.
Thank you well describe 👍👍👍, Please also upload video if possible. we have router connected with ISP directly after this any firewall is connected after this L3 switch is connected and then connected multiple L2 switches
In place of one link what If there is two link connect between router and switch then how we will do inter VLan routing please do video on this ..and if possible can you please make one video on Legacy Inter VLan routing...thank ♥️
Once again great video. In my case, I received the IP from my ISP and they recommend I must use the provided IP, which means I need to set that IP as static, what is the step for this?
i like this video its is a great and detailed explanation, I have question, what if you dont want the vlans to see each other but can access the internet , what are the steps, if you could explain in details what are the steps, Thank you so much
Is there a way to skip the cisco router and still have vlans with a cisco 3750 switch? I would call it a gateway on stilts.... on physical cat6 link for each vlan along with separate port on the switch for each vlan connection to the non vlan aware home gateway with 4 ports for 4 vlan. Or something similar?
Can you also kindly show how to configured Cisco devices for dns, nat , dhcp, routing and how to filter or blocked for other website that is not allowed..🙂 thank you
My ISP gives me a cable modem with HFC technology, I want to replace the operator's modem with a Cisco ISR 4321 router, do you have a video of how to do it?
Thank you but I have a question Why switch they do intra VLAN connectivity? what is the purpose? I understand that if a switch is not L3 then you can configure the router for intra-VLAN routing but why, for example VLAN 10 needs to connect to VLAN 20? what is the use cases for that? it seems it defeats the purpose of VLAN isolation?
Hello friend, where have you configure the Trunk port with the Vlan groups? I mean what if I have 2 Trunk ports and I want to connect each vlan group with a different Trunk port. Is this possible? Nice job
I can't find decent information when DHCP is handled by the switch with vlans and then get internet connection working. Everytime I get DHCP conflicts because on my router DHCP is required and it can't deliver different subnets at once.
@@CiscoConfig seems i need different router. What you suggested is not possible. For further info my router is AVM Fritzbox 7590 on adsl2. I could do a pppoe passthrough but then I lose itv and phone capabilities. I rather keep them unless I have solution for this.
@ IF you can't create Sub interface on your Router, Still there is another way. You can configure internet without sub interface. I create another video on that topic, I share the link here ruclips.net/video/aNwxDNWj1LE/видео.html Or you can visit my channel and found there video with title Connect Cisco Router and Switch to ISP Home Router and Access Internet
