Cada calle está pavimentada con oro.
Every street is paved with gold
And it's just across the borderline
And when it's time to take your turn
Hay una lección que debes aprender
There's a lesson that you must learn
Puedes perder más de lo que ganarás
You may lose more than you'll
Alguna vez espero encontrar
Ever hope to find
Y cuando llegues a esa tierra prometida rota
And when you reach that broken promised land
And all your dreams slip though your hand
Has aprendido que es demasiado tarde
You have learned it's too late
Para cambiar de opinión
To change your mind
Cause you pay the price to come so far
Sólo para terminar donde estás
Just to wind up where you are
And you're still just across the borderline
Arriba y abajo El Río Grande
Up and down The Rio Grande
Mil huellas en la arena
A thousand foot prints in the sand
Revelar un secreto que nadie puede definir
Reveal a secret no one can define
El río avanza como un soplo
The river rolls on like a breath
Entre nuestra vida y nuestra muerte
In between our life and death
Tell me who is next to cross that borderline
Y cuando llegues a esa tierra prometida rota
And when you reach that broken promised land
And all your dreams slip though your hand

I've been listening to Dylan since the 60s hes a great entertainer and a musical genius. My favorite song of his is knockin on Havana door.first time I heard that was running about 130 mph at 2am in a 69 chevelle ss
I filmed this!
Max Fellinger Would you be able to tell me if Bob's wife or mother in law is singing backup for him? Thanks♡
Really great cover.
Smile. would you believe me if I told you I was off stage to his left shooting this all on super8mm film? Yes, I followed him directly there and he let me. :) I used the negatives to make prints which I enjoy today. I still dig that earring.
HerRoyalKateness Lucky you ! I agree , there are few men that really rock with a long earring and Bobby is one ! For what it’s worth , only my opinion , everyone should do their own thing .
