Spawn - Concept Film Teaser

Kavan - What a project this one was to create! Spawn is easily one of my all time favorite comic book characters, the story of Al Simmons is so dark and tragic while also so epic. Loved getting to collab with two of my closest friends Mike and Sav on this one, both who are extremely talented artists and filmmakers. My favorite memory making this video has nothing to do with the video itself but getting Mike's live texts as he watched the 97 film for this first time and how shocked he was at how bad it was. 😂 With that in mind we set out to create something that truly represented Todd McFarlanes incredible character and we hope you enjoy it as much as we did making it! In the words of Todd, "and now Spawn, so turn off your lights."
Mike - Spawn's rich, twisted and dark lore has left me yearning for a rendition that truly captured its essence, something I felt was missing in original film adaptation. Seizing the chance to bring this vision to life, Kavan, Sav, and I teamed up once again for a concept trailer. Their artistry perfectly complements the depth of Spawn's story, making this collaboration another unforgettable creative journey. I'm excited to share our take on this iconic character with you all!
Sav - As soon as Kavan said Spawn I think I was up till 3am collabing with him on ideas. Mcfarlane's work on Spider-man/Spawn is what made me a comic book fan. He's truly one of the best artists of all time. For this project i was excited to combine my 3D skills with Ai tools to really take it over the top. I hope everybody likes it as much as we do and if anything it will continue to keep the buzz alive until the fans get another much needed movie.
