    Great workout, thanks for showing. How long have you been training for? I find my legs and chest so hard to grow cos I’m tall which sucks man:/ how do I get big but also lean? I’m naturally skinny with a fast metabolism but feel I have plateaued in weight. Thanks

      Hi mate, I have been training for around 12 years now. I have struggled with my legs also, train them hard, twice a week! Will do a video on legs shortly. To gain size you need to be a calorie surplus mate (consuming more calories than your burning) with a high protein intake. I’m doing a nutrition video soon, keep your eyes peeled!
