Gorgeous men. Luv you both. I'm the same regarding friends but it's taken me longer to get there....The time I was suicidal, a friend called me on my land line. It took me out of my head. I thought do I want to answer it or not. I answered it. It saved my life. Someone was there for me. He's psychic.

I orginally seen the clip on TikTok and had to come watch, the clip hit a real cord with me as I am the female version, now 4 stone down in 3 months and never looking back. Its a comfort, which sounds silly and cruel, to see someone who started off how I am and feel. This man is just phenomenal, what a inspiration!! Hes got a new fan and follower for life, hopefully I can do him proud with my own journey.

Ex Army left in 94 after 15 years, gone down the same route, depression, alcohol, pain, sectioned (only once) following suicide bid, arrested, mental health and diagnosed PTSD, my wife god bless stood by me.....she was my rock and kicked the booze now dry (13yrs) and although still have PTSD its each day as it comes and live life to the full.

Im 61 girl who has been seriously trying to heal through a theropist lately Ive gotton more underderstanding 32:14 from you at 3am . Im a pretty woman. although feel so ugly wen I look in the mirror alot. My stepfather I hate him he has died. And his son my half brother and I have this hateful relationship. He calls me aliar to myself and all my family.I bellive he was hurt too. much drug use. And up and down with self esteem from being quiet and scared it would be found out. MY God help us all..
