    I am, but only the Bulgarian type while holding two dumbbells. Great video !!

    Thank you so much for this video. I recently started to do these with a purple band and WOW what a big difference! My legs and butt hurt! I am at step 1. As for free weights, I am sticking with the bands! Brandon, thank you again for this informative video! KEEP ON ROCKING!

    I include split squats in every leg workout, it’s an awesome lower body exercise. I do the second option you mentioned and hold on to something while I do it because I have balance issues

    Great tips as usual! I'm currently using all of the styles you showed, combining bands and kettlebells. Very good suggestion to place the band over one shoulder; that leaves an hand free for handling also a kettlebell or dumbell.
