Amazing! I will definitely start with playing with it. I feel like I will finally be able to organize all my notes in the way I want. Thanks for sharing this with the community. Big thumbs up for you.
Hey Antone, I just came across your channel because of this recommended video. Keep it up. I am so glad you explained what this plugin can do. I have downloaded it and it is so good. Thank you!
I have thoroughly enjoyed this one video several times in the past few months. It helped me setup MakeMD I would really appreciate it if you could make a tutorial for the latest iteration of the plugin. They have made several significant changes to it as of last update, and your vids are the only thing that helped me get this plugin
Great video! I'm rebuilding my vault and have been trying to pair down the plugins I am using. Would this plugin replace Advanced Tables, Metadata Menu, and Dataview? Because if that's true, it would be a game changer. Would love to see a video about which plugins you use as well. With so much customization, its hard to figure out where to start.
After watching your video I was like "oh well, let's try it out for a minute and see if it really gives any value for your workflow". And after the gimmic of setting up the icons for my main folders, I just found the "Blink" button, which is also available in the compact view - THAT's what I was always looking for. An easy and quick way to get a search bar for my notes without having to switch from my folder view. Amazing feature!!
You can do that anyway with the search button that acts as a sort of "fuzzy find" feature. You've been able to do this since the earliest of Obsidian versions.
@WebmediArt I can appreciate that. I think notion leaves you as the data owner, and I know you can download it all in markdown (and other formats). But definitely less risk/access exposure as a local file _as long as your opsec is good!_

nice review, Antone :-)
Thanks! 😀

Could you please elaborate on why it’s useful? From the video it seems basically just another search
@@Khoukharev yes it is 'just another search'. I am not using obsidian anymore tbh as I switched to logseq.
@@WebmediArt got it 👍🏻
Can you review how to use context properties
Is there a way to create a separate space that isn't synced to the rest?
explained very detail🎉
Glad you liked it
The volume varying so much from moment to moment made this hard to follow, but otherwise seems awesome! Thanks!
Sorry about that
Thanks, Antone!
What Obsidian theme do you use?
i'm currently using the Things theme. I switch between Minimal and Things.
Antone thanks for the video! But brother please use dark mode :D
Ok 😁
Can I disable th3 folder and note icons with this?
I already use folder icons wnd prefer those
not that i know of but i wonder if your icon will show if you don't add one via the plugin. have you tried it?
None of this works for me!
Yep
Only one I bother with
Ok, so then the main point of this plugin is to allow having these spaces? That would have been a good thing to actually say out loud. 🙂
I actually don’t use the Spaces. The main reason for me is theme/UI.
Why not just use notion rather than a plugin to make obsidian like notion?
Offline, fast, tranclusions, relations, excalibrain, excalidraw, instant search? 😊
I prefer Obsidian, as I am the true owner of my data. All local markdown.
