This guy has a lot of experience , He is totally awesome . I hope I'll get half this good .
You can! He's been doing it a long time! It just takes practice and experience.
Now I have backhoe envy. My JD 510 is strong and I could do some real damage with that attachment. I really loved when he used the extend cylinder to push over the tree.
Thanks James!
Think my dentist using something like that when I was last there. lol
Hahaha! Hilarious!
The beginning few seconds looks like something from Alien or something waking up from a looong nap! haha
Haha! I hadn't thought of that!
Skilled operator
Thanks Abyss!
Well done
Thanks!!!
Que Bonita
Hell of an operator. Great work
Thanks Brett! My brother is the operator.
Lol just use the front loader and knock the smaller stuff right over. That’s what we did at work with our massey Ferguson. Had no issues knocking down trees
Yes the 420 can take down big trees with the front bucket but when you cut the roots with the ripper first, you make a much smaller hole in the ground when the root ball comes out. Less mess to deal with and less soft ground/compaction issues to deal with. Thanks for the comment!
Wow
Worst to cut down the trees
Works? Or Worst? I'm not sure what you're saying.
It’s alive 😂👍
Hahaha!
Nice
Thanks!
Interested in this functionality for my CAT 420. Please provide complete details. Video title says PSM tilt coupler and you provide a Helac part number in comments. Is the ripper/grapple a PSM or a CAT product ? Says PSM on the side; you say CAT in the comments. Are there two or three products involved in the amazing capability ? Sorry, I'm confused. Thank you !!
I'm sorry to be confusing. The machine belongs to my brother so I don't know all of the small details. I believe the ripper is a Cat product. It's possible that the thumb and tilt coupler are made by two different companies (PSM and Helac). The barrel of the tilt coupler says Powertilt by Helac model number PTA-100-73555
Compañero del rubro engrase la máquina haga el favor ...
Hay what is the model number for the coupler that you were using I am trying to find a price to get it for my cat 420E
?
Hi Brian. Sorry for the slow reply. I had to find pictures from 5 years ago! Powertilt by Helac. Model number PTA-100-73555 (not sure if that second dash is a space or a dash.) I hope that helps.
@@GodsCountry no that helps a lot thank you very much, you have been a big help as I need to get this for clearing my land it’s a lot easier
Im still trying to figure this out.
What kind of backhoe witch kraft is this?
Hahaha! Just a combo of a couple cool tools. Thanks for watching!
Does the ripper hook on like any other attachment?
Yes, it mounts just like a bucket, etc.
did you make the ripper or factory unit
Hey Andy. This is a factory Cat ripper.
how much you pay for it ?
