  • Phase SiX Unites with Neen Williams for a functional Workout at Nerdstrong Gym in North Hollywood, California.
    After meeting Neen at our Kettlebell Certification, and discovering his new-found passion for health & fitness, we thought it would be crazy not to collaborate!
    Here's a circuit that we did which combines mobility training and our favourite functional tool, the kettlebell. Both are extremely important, especially for a skateboarder to wants to focus on longevity and joint health.
    Circuit 1; 4 Rounds, 1 Minutes Rest in between Rounds:
    . Full Body Spine Waves X10 Reps
    . Kettlebell Bridge Press X10 Reps
    . Shinbox - Shinbox Extention - Shinbox Reach - Shinbox Hip Flexor Stretch X1 Rep
