    Block A: Ladder Format
    10 Swings
    10 Goblet Squats
    30 Double Under's, or Cardio of Choice
    Block B:
    5 Snatches X each side
    5 Push Press x each side
    10:1 Burpee Ladder
    Little to no rest between rounds

    Here is my revised Kb circuit* each round:
    -10 swings
    -10 goblet squat
    -5 snatch
    -5 push press
    *Run a mile before or after your completed circuit workout. # of rounds for completed circuit workout = varies person to person. When I am working out alone, I try to find a # that is a healthy balance of exhaustion and exhilaration

    Tell him to do this workout
    1. Stretch
    2 . 10 sprints
    3. 40 kettle bell sqauts
    4. 50 burpees
    5. 50 jumping jacks
    6. 40 tire flips
    7. Jump rope 10 min
