I would recommend anytime something like that troubles you to write it down/vent in a journal and fold the paper and burn it so that energy is separated from you. When you fold the paper fold it away from you not towards you. I myself am 34 and am in the process for getting diagnosed, because I am 99.9% I am on the spectrum that must have been masking but certain life issues has brought it to me intuitively.
All the time I play RuneScape and I go into tunnel vision and my family are yelling at me to do stuff then I finally notice that they are trying to get my attention I say if you need my attention tap my shoulder
If I ever get stuck in a thought-loop, and it's preventing me from doing something else, such as sleeping, I look for a placeholder solution; something that will do for now, so that I can get on with those other tasks without being distracted, knowing that I will come back to the problem later.
I think your story about being called out for racism-related issues brings up an important, broader discussion about how the neurodiversity movement intersects with other social justice movements. Topics like racial justice, feminism, religious discrimination, gender and sexual orientation: they all intersect with autism/neurodiversity in unexpected ways, and I think there needs to be a degree of compassion and understanding from all sides in order to make progress on multiple issues at once. Socially ostracizing/rejecting people for saying the wrong thing is counterproductive in my opinion.
I hope you are able to talk with God and make Him your center instead of others minds on whatever their thinking. ❤God Bless you ❤God sees all His children as equals. ❤Love you even if this whole idiology has captured your and others minds. ❤️ 🙏For you guys.
