At a concert in Adelaide AU he stopped midway through a song and told the audience he had a funny thought "A dyslexic devil worshipper sold his soul to Santa", and just picked up and continued where they left off.

I love how he wants to be funny and silly but he's so generally anxious that he always just ditches and goes back to being straight faced. It's hard to articulate but as someone with a similar disposition its very easy to notice.
The fidgeting and awkward motions give it away big time.
Yes i think so too. People might label as thats just how he chooses to present himself, but honestly it just comes down to being awkward. But its very refreshing to see that from someone who is supposed to be a cocky rockstar
same here. Im the same way, I wasthinking this as well. I really appreciate artists that you can relate to. Makes the music so much more meaningful, cause you can relate in a way to what they are saying. and see yourself in the music

And I often just smile watching interview with him. Love his dry sense of humour, body language and good energy.
But, Robert, people who cannot swim not necessarily will swim when you throw them into water. My acquaintance told me how she went to bottom of river like a stone, when her friends threw her on depth. They jumped to save her then.

Robert is amazing, but the ‘everybody can swim’ claim isn’t true. I did what he said when I was 8 years old and nearly passed out and drowned. I was rescued and told off very harshly by a racist swim pool guard who probably would’ve left me to drown if other witnesses weren’t around.
I friggin love this man!! He's funny, smart and hell of a talent. We're around the same age so it's been a fun ride following his career since the 80's. Love me some Cure. 🌚

How the fuck did Robert make it through the interview with the Greek presenter at around 7:00 to 8:00. It would have been excruciating. But he somehow nailed it. I think Robert likes a drink, and it helps.

My little brother told me to listen to the Pornography album one time when i was shitfaced. I'm not gonna lie i didn't like much of the other stuff they did but that album is NO SKIP, A Strange Day / Cold / One Hundred Years.. I can list all of them.. The music and his voice is the perfect album.
