2 tsp lemon juice

Made this for my bf's bday; also my first attempt of making mousse cake, tripled the original recipe, and made it into a 9inch cake pan and 11 inch cake pan. Turned out so well and had this yummy cake for a good few days. My bf loved it so much and I cant be happier. Thank you for your amazing recipe!!!

Loved your recepie and I tried following your recepie. Taste wise it turned out good but texture wise i failed. It will be helpfu for people like me if you can give a audio instructions about the process or a written description of the process you have been following. There are few minor steps which gets missed which are critical I guess. It is just my personal suggestion. I really like your recipes to see but not able to follow clearly.
