    多謝你專業知識,我家庭居於紐西蘭Auckland ,最近丈夫及兒子都腳痛,他們的痛都在足踝,以為是扭親,仲捽正骨水,後來去驗血,醫生開了消炎止痛及痛風藥!一個N是頭,一個A字頭!(因為在外,忘記spelling😃, 老公怕死到不得了,又話呢樣唔好食、果樣唔好食!現在有你專業數據分析,我呢個煮飯嘅好辦事得多了!謝謝您!

      高糖飲品沒有嘌呤, 但多飲高糖飲品似乎會增加痛風病發作的機會. 所以少飲為妙

    個人心得,痛風發作時可以食減酸的胃藥,可以幚你舒緩痛楚,例如胃仙U等只要減到胃酸痛風就可舒緩了這个方法以在我自己及我的朋友實驗過是可行的,而敬告各位朋友有痛風症的千万不要吃糯米製品,高濃度奶類及豆類飲品。

      whey protein是蛋白質, 純whey protein 是沒有影響的, 但要看看你的產品成份表有沒有其他含普林的成份

      你說得對, 醫院會派有低普林清單. 但如果跟隨幾個重點去吃, 有機會比跟清單更有效. 這幾年我很少用痛風低普林清單了.

      健康人士補充蛋白質也不一定要吃肉的, 有些人選擇雞蛋, 蛋白粉, 牛奶, 這些都較低普林, 對尿酸影響較低

    Hi, Priscilla, Is Coffee not good for Gout? I know Milk is good but how about “Vitasoy” 麥精豆奶?

      Data suggests that coffee may help with lowering uric acid. However, I would suggest moderation like no more than 1-2 cups a day, and add skim milk and limit use of sugar. Some soy beverages are quite high in sugar, it’s best to choose non-sugar added without other food additives

    因家中有尿酸高被診断為痛風症患者,食药後有胃部不適/敏感,试過很多药但没有得到合适的药。曾试過去台湾做手术,刮除關節上的尿酸。现在復發手指,手肘,大腳趾都非常腫大,請問现在能够帮助他有哪些方法呢?谢谢你!

      @@nutritionmama 他体重正常,暫時肾功能沒有出现任何问题,飲食方面都很小心,他本人是中医師,只是西药对他不適合,西医医生也爱莫能助!真的不知道還有什么方法可改善?不過都多谢你的關心!
