Bro sprints se pahle 5 to 10 minutes long running bola hai.. jogging or normal running...jisase body ka warmup acche se ho jyada hai uske baad sprints bole hai...so it's not wrong..long distance running or jogging se body warm up ho jati hai so uske baad sprints kar sakte hai ☺️
