The pizza was straightforward neapolitan style using 00 flour, san marzano tomatoes, and a short bake in a Stefano Ferrara wood-burning pizza oven. Best pizza in Denver at the time, with a super-friendly crew. Happy to see Marco's pick up a respectable score here.
I got a tour of this place as well when it was first opening up via Yelp (which was also new to Denver at the time). The owner is a real one, very passionate and detailed. For Denver it's good pizza, I figured it would be at least a 7.4. Especially with some of the "football pizzas" that are 7.6's.
