I love making what I call Rotel dip but I've never added water and cornstarch slurry I've never seen that before one thing I sometimes add is ground beef or ground turkey taco seasoning also sometimes I would add spaghetti noodles topped with cheese and bake top it off with green onions chopped tomato avocado slices on the side ingredients are endless I just found your channel I'm enjoying your videos
This recipe has a very specific flavor and texture. That is why it calls for so much water along with pureed Rotel...... This has been my favorite queso since I was a little girl and I am OLD now...LOL. Thanks so much for watching and commenting. Happy Holidays!! Caren

Not to question your measurements but why use so much water to begin with & it wont be so watery?
