      @@CitizenPerkins Scramble the eggs and lightly season them. Then pour over the top of the dish. Cook until egg is done.

      Or mix the egg in. I do that a lot with my breakfast food when I make meat. I'm good at whipping up omelettes so I stay on eggs

      Nick K I live in Yorkshire in the UK. Our city is on total lockdown because of Covid-19. Everyone must keep a distance of at least 2 metres between each other when out and you're only allowed out to buy essentials or if you're a key worker and have to go to work. Everyone else must stay at home or risk being sent home by the police or maybe even fined. It's a crazy world out there at the moment so stay safe 👍🏻

    We make a similar thing in Northumberland (North East England) layers of potato, onion and cheese cooked in the oven. Nice with bacon added , isn't everything. We call it "Pan Haggerty"

    I'm a Mississippi girl born and raised. My mama used to make potatoes and onions when I was growing up. I make it to this day. I've used ham but never sausage. Totally trying this! By the way.....there's nothin as sweet as a man's southern accent. Love it!! Great recipe! Thanks you for sharing.

    I make this dish also but without the mushrooms. I only use a big skillet and do not put in the oven. It turns out looking the same as yours and you are right, it tastes "mighty fine". This morning I used breakfast sausage instead of polish sausage and added some hot sauce.. Same as the first dish. very very mighty fine. Thanks for sharing. I just ran across your channel tonight so will look at your recipes now.

    my mom used to make this thanks for bringing back those memories. Some of you guys have inspired me to start my on channel. i had a stroke a few years back
    i wanted to start a homesteading content. we have lots of animals but my left leg isn't to good so have to use a cane left hand doesn't work at all so walking around with a Camra while doing my chores just doesn't work. lol but as i was watching some of you guys cook one day i thought what the heck i can cook and love cooking and talking. lol i can put the camera on a tripod so I'm gonna do it i made three little videos just fooling round talking cooking shared on face book got great feed back so down loaded to you tube for a start pray for me pleas .

    Awesome! I may be a northerner by birth, but I have the utmost respect for southerners, their history and heritage. I'm in Ohio and rode my bike 250 miles to meet some Facebook friends down in Kentucky. I got a dose of real hillbilly hospitality, The dinner was fantastic, they gave me all the comfort I could imagine to spend the night at their home, and the breakfast was even more than fantastic. Now I have even more respect for southerners and their way of life. Thanks for this video. I'm headed out to the store to get some taters, sausage, onions, and mushrooms.     I've been making basically the same thing for years. I use kielbasa tho. At the end of the day, fried taters and sausage is a damn good meal no matter how you choose to cook it up

    I make it the same, Instead of cracked pepper try it with Montreal Steak Spice its awesome.
