Came across your video as part of an educational course on the FutureLearn website. It's heartening to see that content like this is available on RUclips. Thanks KegelQueen for explaining it so clearly.

I was exercise and up until a month ago doing squats with weight feeling great and then all of a sudden I started getting excruciating pain in my bottom that also caused pain in my hips and my lower back it feels like I can’t finish going to the bathroom if also burns when I do go & it just hurts it feels like a lot of pressure could this be what I’m experiencing I haven’t gone to a doctor yet but I do have an appointment in a few weeks. I can feel a bulge there but nothing hanging out I also feel it in my va-jay-jay. Please help I’m so happy I found your channel. Thank you🙏🙏🙏
