I think it should be kept in the manor you set out to do with the channel. I really enjoyed the VLOGS, the holiday / city’s that you visit and also the interviews. The flying works as well as it’s stuff that interests you buys it’s keeping that balance of all aspects. The name speaks for its self “Times With James” it’s about you and your interests
Be nice to see more flying stuff. Variety is a good thing so interviews and travel stuff all add to it. Keep up the great content, I watch both of your channels even though i am not a plumber but it makes me laugh and I have learnt a lot.

Times with James is all about the fun random stuff you get up to, at least in my mind, so the interviews don't quite fit in. That said, it is better having them here than a large gap between videos as they help to keep the channel alive, so that ends up being my preference.
Put the interviews here. If the interviews take off and you get I dont know 20k subs and like 90% of viewers only want interviews, you could always start another channel for flying and whatever else. But for the moment, the discussions definitely fit this channel's vibe.
I see this channel as all about you: your life, your passions, your content, "times with James". If you define the focus as YOU, then you can include all that content (flying, interviews, etc) in this channel, no probs, as it's all part of your life and times!
This channel is all about you James, and what you do when you're not working. I particularly like the flying videos (and it's you I can blame for this crazy expensive hobby haha) so would love to see more of those but I think that whatever you enjoy doing - travel blogs, behind the scenes, interviews etc - should all be on here. Keep it all in one place.

Should I do a Challenge with Mr Beast Video. Might get a few views. Love the Flying. I've been paragliding for 16 years now. Lots of Scary fun moments. But not good for views.
This is what gets me about RUclips it seems to punish channels which have no specific theme, but unless you want to make many channels for each interest you want to share it will be a lot of work. Personally I like the channel for all the content the flying videos are great because I’m 5hrs in myself and the walks round interesting places are awesome. I haven’t caught up on the interviews but they feel to me like a more formal form of content that could stand on their own and spawn something that could develop in to somthing quite big

Today, Loafer found the bottom 2" of a gas meter buried in concrete screed. See Loafer's 1000 yard stare. 😳 Do whatever you want wit' channel. If it's good stuff people will watch. Upload it and they will come.
I see no reason not to do both types of video on this same channel as you always have. It's times with James whatever you're doing. Starting another new channel may be difficult to get viewers away from the other two.
I think keep it as is, times with James to me is you doing what you like outside the world of plumbing and plumberparts. Also setting another RUclips channel up will just add more work for yourself if you understand. 😊
Best thing you could do is... bin off the plumber and get a sparky or two to take over for ya. Be sooooooo much more interesting. 😉😉😉 On a serious note... "Times with James" lends it's self more towards your 'one on one' interviews so I'd stick to doing them. But don't lose your way of going down the 'Tradies Around A Table' chatting about their diddly squat as every Tony/Alex & Flat Sam (ask Ted Bundys lad 😂) is on that bandwagon and once that fad dies a death we're all be so over them. No, your little interviews are the way to go and as for your flying videos.... once you've seen one they become a bit dull (eh Emily) so I'd think about dropping them, unless it's a dramatic one like engine failure... falling from the sky.... lots of flames etc 😁🤣 Well that's me consultation over...
