Bad Landings. The worst landing I've ever done is in this video...but which one to you like the most? You might also learn a little bit about how to land an aeroplane...but not much!
Great to see these, James! I'm still in training and currently on Navigation and it's nice to see others landings. Look forward to more flying videos. Got my Human Performance exam this afternoon!
I'm probably too old to learn to fly now but always amazed at the skill of pilots flying those small planes - wrestling the thing to keep it on target in three dimensions. First experience was in the 1980's when I did a couple of parachute jumps (scary landings and even more scary packing the parachute). Then at a company event, I was sat by the pilot in a helicopter flying over warwickshire (very noisy) and finally a trip around Victoria Harbour (Vancouver) in a float plane. Love Duxford and the airshows. Last year I got to sit in Duxfords Spitfire, sadly just in the hangar.
