Another great one Kevin; thanks for such an interesting and diverse resource of information; ALL easy to follow, And lots of little surprises along the way.
I toured Scotland seven years in succession, with my young nephew and others, and the boys always loved camping in the more wilder parts. Once, we camped just over the big bridge from Inverness, and a Scottish neighbour asked where were we were going next. I said we were moving up into the far North and Norwest.
"Why she asked, there's nothing up there, and its all quiet".
I replied that's right, it's why we're going up there.
There's a quietness there, which even my nephew liked. The Highlands and Islands; and it's people will always be remembered most, when back home in Lancashire.

Thoroughly enjoyed that Kevin, watched this after catching your WHW video. You made an interesting point regarding how a TV or Film channel would approach this type of video. I watched a programme made about the Speyside Way last night by a mainstream TV channel and have to say that you tubers consistently make a better job of it. Will be catching up on more of your content. All the best.

Cheers Callum, you’re comment and support means a lot. I think its because production companies over produce content and hire people that lack genuine passion for the subject matter. I got into production because I love exploring, not the other way around.

@@KevinAugelloNewEarthFilms Hey Kevin, so I did the hike end of June and it was really amazing! Your guide was indeed really helpful to enjoy it even more. Just think you were really lucky with the Abrachian Cafe, we did not dare to go there after reading current reviews of that place like guests being challenged to a fight by the male owner when they refused to pay 40GBP for 2 juices or other guests being chased by his wife with an axe and having to call the police :D
Anyway I did a short video from the hike with some nice drone shots if you want to bring back some memories :) Take care.
