"Eat local fruits" is easily said when you live in India ;) Here in Germany that would mean stored apples and nothing but those for at least 8 months. Seriously, whenever I let someone try an importet Indian alphonso for the first time, they can't believe how delicious fruit can be. I try to support local vegetable whenever I can, but during European winter it is REALLY hard because the only thing growing then are leafy green vegetables. I spoil myself with exotic fruit rather than processed sweets but see them as luxury goods.
We Indians are lucky, most of our fruits and vegetables are direct from farm to plates 😍

Hello! Thank you so much for your words. I've heard in Ayurveda that we eat fruits alone, and we should eat them in the morning. I love eating fruits for breakfast, but usually my blood sugar crashes just an hour or two after. Can we add some chia seeds with fruit? Or soaked nuts/flax meal? I read chia seeds can be combined with fruit because they are hydroponic.

The definition of, 'EXOTIC' is unusual and exiting because of coming from far away! The problem here is you misunderstood the meaning of the word. By the way, country like India is a commonwealth country therefore, English is in the school syllabus, and widely spoken. So the Indians though got their own unique accent they know what they're talking about.

Non-citrus fruits can indeed be consumed with milk. They usually cause heat and milk is there to balance it out. Mangoes and papaya should ideally be consume with milk.
Sweet and ripe fruits may be.
