I took a '22 Edge SEL, put H&R lowering springs on it, added 20 inch wheels with 265/45 tires. It rides way better now, more road feel, less body roll, yet still very comfortable. Best upgrades ever.

With a good chunk down and rebates and discounts I’m between this and a eco boost stang. 😂 so you literally just blessed my life 😆
They are discontinuing the Edge, which is why the latest Edge still has the OLD style interior, albeit a shifter dial compared to the lever on the older one. I think this is a mistake. A lot of people don't want an Escape, too weedy, and an Explorer is far too expensive and for many too big. The Edge Sport and ST is the perfect balance of size and price. Also the new Explorer has so much exterior plastic trim around the bottom and fenders it just looks cheap and boring.
You get much more options in the USA here it’s more like the st on the outside with the st badge in the side, on the inside red stitching, older but nicer gauges . We have a 2.0 eco blue diesel with AWD about 235hp... the main reason for a diesel is it usually would do long journeys but currently we can’t use it as often. :)
It’s not a very good comparison. I own an st line. Mine has every available option and the only differences between them is the engine, brakes, stitching, interior lighting, and badging. And honestly without the badging you would almost never know the difference.
@@JVette01 I’m glad Ford brought them to my country México, they sell like hotcakes here. Seen alot of people comparing it to some Nissan suv which I don’t remember the name but who buys Nissan? Lol. To be honest only brands I trust are either Honda, Mazda, Toyota, VW and of course Ford
Pardon me, but we're these vehicles prepped? Someone needs to get busy detailing the INNER portions of those rims (1:13), where it shows nastilly loud and clear. Gloss black rims are not easy maintenance, in fact they can be worse than chrome!
I bought the ST Line four days ago. The gas mileage is absolutely pathetic. I honestly still can’t believe how bad the gas mileage is. It’s not even close to the rated mpg. If I would have known how bad the mpg is, I would have never bought it.
@@JVette01 even at that, is it good? I don’t think so, but we all have our own opinions. Especially when I had a 4x4 crew cab that got way better gas mileage. Pathetic.
@@JVette01 I have the same vehicle. At 130k miles I think I need to change the torque converter and there is a recall on the brakes but it's a solid vehicle. Wish it was quicker! The Sport mode is unimpressive.

Yeah it seems that way haha. The ST Line is basically everything but the 2.7 and some tech.
Audi do the same thing with the S and the S Line. The looks of the faster vehicle but with less performance.

They get dirty when they sit on the lot. It gets fully detailed when the customer buys it obviously.

@@JVette01 14 city 19 hwy with conservative driving. I had a 2021 3.0 Duramax Silverado prior to the Edge that got 24 city 34 hwy, best truck ever.

None I test drove a couple of these and the front end bounces around like a rubber ball! Dangerous and I thought Ford was discontinuing these models?
Really? My dad has a 2015 Edge Sport (2.7) and it drives fine even after close to 150,000 miles.

It’s quick, but not set up to be a performance car in my opinion. Transmission is too slow, doesn’t have performance braking, etc.
