Great video, and incorporating an interview with the developer is quite ingenious. It felt like a more concise version of Top Billing house tours. You've created a cool format. The house is beautiful and you can tell that a lot of thought went into every detail. Great job from all parties involved in the video.

That outside bathroom near the main bedroom was a pleasant surprise. Must be an experience👌🏿. The finishing textures complement each other well. Keep the content coming.
I know someone who wanted to acquire land and build ....stand was very reasonable for a golf estate , it was around R1.5mil ...then he realized it would cost him close to R250k just on levies , rates and taxes per year 🤣😂🤣

I’m incapable of writing short comments so here goes, brace yourselves🤭🫣 I guess you can’t avoid comparing the 2 presenters since they operate in the same space. If we must compare, then the presenter here is a better communicator. He doesn’t have a distracting stammer nor does he noticeably or annoyingly repeat the same words to describe the spaces. He’s actually quite calming- I don’t expect you to feel the same way as it might just be my female ears 🤭 That being said, Sibiya has really improved over the past 2 years compared to where he was when he first started- I’ve been a regular viewer. I love it when people put themselves out there despite their flaws and work on improving. 👏🏾 Both channels are doing great work. Please don’t over script and make this a ridged stiff walkthrough. Yes, do prep and get a good understanding of the technical aspects of the property including the diff finishes used. However, don’t make it too stiff and risk it becoming impersonal/ stale. Input from Spacegod about prepping is noted but I don’t think it’s a lack of prep work - just experience and time in front of the camera which will come right with time. Note- make less use of “we have” and “on this side” throughout walkthrough but it’s not too noticeable 😉 I expect you’ll become more comfort and improve vocab/ grammar (while remaining authentic) as you walkthrough more properties- especially given the luxury market that you’re targeting. For the presenters: You are who you are. Just stick to your own lane. Each person has a unique style- improve continuously but don’t loose your style and relatability. It’s a tricky balance. Don’t follow the “cookie cutter approach “. You can’t be everything to everyone 😊 Coincidentally, I viewed this property online this morning on a property sales site. The sales pictures didn’t do it justice- your vlog did a better job of showcasing the spaces. Changed my perspective about the property and the price-the property is quiet, peaceful, looks warm, has lovely ambiance and the frequency of the space looks👌🏾. This seems like a new channel so I think/ hope we will see continuous improvement over time. Give the guys a chance. This was a pleasant property vlog. The camera work is on point- beautiful 👌🏾 Great interview with Sean- he built a beautiful property. The clean lines and choice of finishes 👌🏾 Well Done Guys!
