I've seen homeowners design kitchens better. It's all marble, and definitely not that marble, busy looks like an abstract sharpee. Is it Italian, is it contemporary, we don't know.
Because of the location it should be worth around 1M. I can't understand why anyone with money would wanna stay in a s%$# area like this but I guess that's what people do and if they like it then good for them.
