Yes, I've always loved the sound effects in this game.
Oh yeah, back to my fav. let's play! I stumbled upon your channel and subscribed thanks to your first let's play of Spintires. I want moar content! And moar power! You should try playing Spintires on a steering wheel, it's fun. And there are multiple camera modes you can switch to by pressing 1-4 on your keyboard. There is a hood cam avaliable which can often help with driving through tight spots, for example between trees. And yes, you need a truck with crane attachement to load up logs in hardcore mode. Not sure if you'll find one though, I haven't played this DLC. You should also use 1+ gear to save fuel. If your truck drives with little resistance (smooth road, or downhill) 1+ has a pretty decent speed and uses a really small amount of fuel compared to automatic. But trying to drive uphill or through rough terrain will quickly burn the fuel

they added new sounds, engine backfire and rain, freecam and hudhider in update v1.4.0 ... they hosted this as a public beta before that for a wile... right before the canyons and aftermath dlc's... your roadtrip looked a bit like mine ... bruteforcing the radiation... spoiler alert (yes there is a truck on the map wich can hold a crane) i love this game

7:16 The sign is actually more about bureaucracy than radiation, it mentions radiation, but most of the text warns that it's the border of the exclusion some (the sign is as if you're on the border even though you're deep inside), it forbidden to enter without permission, violators will be prosecuted.

No idea, although that sounds like you're running an integrated graphics card, so I doubt it. I do remember Spintires being touted as very easy to run, though. You should check with the official forums.
