Is it just me that thinks the Flashlights being on right at the start is a huge deal breaker? Like you're trying to be stealthy, yet you have a massive light shining "here I am"

Biggest disappointment so far is this game I’ve waited for it to come out it looks really cool but I can’t even get the game started because where you’re at the manhole cover and you get a Q to talk to one of the guys I get no cute they just stand there and stare at me with this scanner in my hand I don’t understand I’m supposed to get a Q to be able to talk to the guy no matter what I do it does not give me the queue my game is broken I don’t know what to do why does nobody else had this issue

I like the modern day atmosphere. If you look at the NPP,you can see the new massive dome that was built over the old one,which means the game takes place after its construction.
