That was my first complete board too as an older dude getting back into it. The board has a nice feel and the wheels are cool too however those krux trucks don't turn to well, atleast not for me. I have different set ups now but yeah I was pretty excited to ride around in the Santa Cruz dot for a while. I still use the wheels on other boards from time to time.

Congrats on your new board I also have this set up I’m 44 and lockdown got me skating something I hadn’t done since I was about 12 and I’m loving it again hope you stick with it and you enjoy it also 👍👍👍

Oh, the memories of trying to learn to ollie then kick-flip and wacking yourself in the shins with the bloody board lol. I had a Santa Cruz in the very late 80s to early 90s. It had a picture of a man hanging on to the arms of a clock face, I think the board was called or endorsed by Claus Grabki iirc. I loved it, but I can't remember what the hell happened to it! LOL
