Said it in another comment, but it was a combination of your videos and Braille's that got me skating again at 42. Am 44 and my dropcat, ditch life and dingy shape 9 are everything to me. Cheers to both teams, hope to see you do a collaborative video soon
love, looove your skate & explore series. and of course, the boards designs are so sick. quite a shame they're hard to find in indonesia, and if theres any, it'll very costly 😅
When I was inordinately depressed and not motivated to do anything, I randomly ordered a LY longboard and started cruising again. Not going to say it saved my life, but it was the first step in being happy again and exploring my world again. Nothing greater than just cruising around. Same feeling riding my OneWheel.
I agree to the other comments on how this format is better than usual. plus the editing was also better than usual. and those landyachtz guys really know ther craft. their completes are just the smoothest ride ever. especially the dinghy and the tugboat.
Landyachtz is an incredible company, with incredible boards! I run a skate club in Upstate New York, and they sent my crew and I over a $1,000 worth of boards and gear to get us going last year. Much love to @landyachtz !!!!
38½ and my first time on a skateboard. My 7 year old got interested and I absolutely LOVE learning new things. A Landyachtz cruiser is a dream of mine. I can't wait to skate everywhere.
I still love watching you dorks play with new stuff. That was a sweet Landyacthz package!! I've been drooling over one of their smaller boards lately. Keep up the great work group
I just bought the shape 9 dinghy and it was worth every penny. It’s so smooth, fast, and nimble. I love it so much I can’t imagine riding anything but landyachtz now.
The first skateboard I ever had was actually a Landyatchz Mummy longboard. My dad bought it for me at Slam City Jam the year that he was working for Slam City to relocate it from Vancouver to Calgary. I believe this was in 2002 or so. I remember talking to I believe Mike who was one of the founders at the time.
@@ryantheobald2178Dang I need to buy another one! I skated that one so hard until I started riding adrop thru Rayne I got next haha. I attended Attack of Danger Bay 4. Great times.
This is the type of Braille content that I've been yearning for. You all should definitely consider doing more adventure videos. Skate bingo was choice.
Landyachtz fan 4 Life, about 20 years already and still loving every board I have from them. They take a beating and keep going! Team Braille you guys are legends thank you for all your videos❤
Never expected this collab lol. Have a 2010 LandYachtz Evo which someone gave me because I worked on their car and they wanted to give me something in return but didn't have any money, it's this massive monster of a board constructed from 11(!) plies of wood and I've never felt so stable and indestructible as when I'm on an Evo whose *_wheelbase_* is longer than the total length of most street boards lol. Also LandYachtz isn't part of some big corporation; they're still a pretty tight-knit skater-owned outfit, like I can't tell you the number of times I've reached out to them with questions and the staff that answer are like the same folks you see in their skate vids from years back
When I got a longboard in 2016 I got a Landyachtz Ripple Ridge and it was awesome! I could do street tricks with it and cruising was so easy. I actually did my first heelflip with that board.
Thank you guys so much for the stickers. I know that to other people think it's not that big of a deal but to me it is because I'm getting stickers from my very inspiration for skateboarding
I own 10 Landyachtz boards and I woud buy 10 more if I could afford! The smoothest riding board out there! You can tell they take pride in their work based on the exceptional quality and design of each board. Each one is truly a work of art!
Landyachtz does make some bamboo boards like their samurai battle axe which I had for a while till a car ran over the nose, now I have the dingy skeleton
Been skating for about a month after a 30 year break and today I ,,,landed 2 shove its, handful of ollies and 1 kickflip. Also dropped in on a bank for the first time. Wanted to say thanks for y'alls videos which kept me motivated and taught me a bunch a of great tips.
Great company from Vancouver they were on glen drive in east van they made some of the most insane downhill boards. The evo changed longbording. I started skating them in 08/09 back in the coast longboarding/ push for the cure days. Their cnc’d bear trucks were crazy and when they came out with the zombie hawgs it changed sliding. I belive then now make snow skates and bikes @Landyachtz
The black one with the wave I have that for my surf skate trucks. Sweet deck but def has a lot of contour locks your feet in what is sort of an awkward spot in my op but I got used to it
There is no parking garage in San Leandro🤣the closest one in Hayward already got tore down that was the one😐there is really fun downhill over by Ferresta bridge my fav nice and smooth🙃
I have the white one with the gold tiger on it. That and a more customized Sector 9 Gravy Barge board are what got me back into skating after almost 20 years off. But relearning at 36 friggin HURTS man… Still, I’m just stoked to see all the boards from my childhood coming back with a vengeance. I always wondered what skating would evolve into board-wise, and it’s awesome to see that it’s almost like the more modern boards just became too ‘standard’, and so everyone wanted to see if they could do the same things on the old school style boards, and it’s just evolving naturally that way instead of seemingly being pushed as a trend like everything else these days. I grew up down the street from Mark Appleyard, and he used to take me skating at the tennis courts by the school, and I’d use his board and that’s all he ever had. Then by the time I moved when I 9/10 in 1996, boards had already started taking on their modern shape, and that’s all I ever knew, and the originals fell to the wayside. So I really do love seeing them come back in so many kickass shapes and styles that just invite so many more people to the sport than it used to.
11:10 I'm just glad someone else hits the "WAIT" button a bunch of times at a crosswalk. Have you ever hit it enough times that you heard the 2nd voice clip where it's just a little more passive-aggressively insistent?
Looks like you had a great time with the boards! You guys really crushed that bingo card 💪
I love the cross stoke!
Proud owner of two Landyachtz stratus's. One chopped 😢
Said it in another comment, but it was a combination of your videos and Braille's that got me skating again at 42. Am 44 and my dropcat, ditch life and dingy shape 9 are everything to me. Cheers to both teams, hope to see you do a collaborative video soon
I love your boards but what happened to the mini dinghy😭😭
love, looove your skate & explore series. and of course, the boards designs are so sick. quite a shame they're hard to find in indonesia, and if theres any, it'll very costly 😅
Those boards look sick!
When I was inordinately depressed and not motivated to do anything, I randomly ordered a LY longboard and started cruising again. Not going to say it saved my life, but it was the first step in being happy again and exploring my world again. Nothing greater than just cruising around. Same feeling riding my OneWheel.
Longboarding saves lives
Go check out Jesus. It's better than pursuing amusement for long term peace.
Same thing for me, I bought my first board and I’ve been riding almost every day since. We’ve got this!
Relatable. Was feeling down myself for a while, bought a cruiser and couldn’t be happier since.
Y’all should do more videos skating outside this is probably one of my favorite videos y’all have ever made
Same
I agree to the other comments on how this format is better than usual. plus the editing was also better than usual.
and those landyachtz guys really know ther craft. their completes are just the smoothest ride ever. especially the dinghy and the tugboat.
Shoutout to Jon for spontaneously going for those kickflips. 👊
I love these kinds of videos where you guys go out and have an adventure. 👍
Landyachtz is an incredible company, with incredible boards! I run a skate club in Upstate New York, and they sent my crew and I over a $1,000 worth of boards and gear to get us going last year. Much love to @landyachtz !!!!
Y'know, it wasa combination of landyachtz and braille that got me back on a skateboard at 42.
Me too!
Both Landyachtz and Braille played a part in getting me back on board at forty-freaking-nine. Hit 51 two weeks ago and still at it.
@@MFBlades why would one not? lol.
This got me on boarding in the first place!
45 over here! Wanted to spend quality time with my son and not just sit on the side of the skate park
dang, rly missed landyachtz' skate & explore series for a while. thank you guys for bringing it back in a fresh and fun way!
Mad respect for AK's manual across the street that was sweet.
Can we please get more vids of the guys out on the streets, loved every bit of this!
38½ and my first time on a skateboard. My 7 year old got interested and I absolutely LOVE learning new things. A Landyachtz cruiser is a dream of mine. I can't wait to skate everywhere.
Love this
Land yachtz are great boards. I use to worked at a surf/skate shop and I sold a lot of them. Especially the huge ones with the drop through trucks.
We need more Aaron talking to random people
Yes definitely this is amazing
So true...!
Looks like he’ll only be talking to the same few people now 😅
My favourite skate brand and you've barely scratched the surface. They've got so many shapes and styles of boards
Looks like you got a ditch life and a dinghy shape 9 . My two favourite boards
I still love watching you dorks play with new stuff. That was a sweet Landyacthz package!! I've been drooling over one of their smaller boards lately. Keep up the great work group
Loved this out in the wild video.
We need more of these 👍🏻
I just bought the shape 9 dinghy and it was worth every penny. It’s so smooth, fast, and nimble. I love it so much I can’t imagine riding anything but landyachtz now.
I’m so happy you reviewed them! I use their longboards and cruisers for 2 years! They are awesome!
Landyachtz makes the best boards ever. The wheels are sooooo smooth. I broke 2 bones with it...Great memories :)

Landyachtz fan 4 Life, about 20 years already and still loving every board I have from them. They take a beating and keep going!
Team Braille you guys are legends thank you for all your videos❤
Love seeing you guys cruising around town. Anything can be an exciting playground once you're on a board, especially on one of these super-cruisers.
I'm a bigger dude. I always skate Landyachtz! I have a few Revive boards, too.
Nice

Met Mike and Tom back at the Slam City Jam in May of 1999. Almost 25 years later and they are still rolling. That is awesome to see.
SkateBingo! So fun to watch. Brilliant as always Braille!🤩 Greetings from Norway.
Thanks for watching. Glad you enjoyed it!

Which is your favorite and why?
They are one of the very best in the downhill scene.
Stellar customer service on top of sponsoring every DH event I’ve ever bent to.
I have the Landyachtz Dark wave which is the one you held up and mentioned the shark Proper old school popsicle shape. Keep up the fantastic work.
Aaron really seems like a ton of go lucky fun energy. Love it.
I just ordered two complete set-ups from these guys! They are such a cool shop! and I am legit excited to get back to riding!

Dang, LY hooked you guys up! Never owned one but I've seen their boards around and they always look nice and cruisable.
I had a WolfShark with the original graphics. I sold it because I’m more into cruisers than longboards.
Dudes....I ride a LYZ DINGY @ the local pump track and a LYZ downhill pro while downhilling. The best boards EVER!!!
These boards are so cool! The quality is amazing you can feel it through the screen.

Always been a huge fan of landyatchz drop carves

I used to have a couple landyatchz until they were stolen and they were my absolute favorite. I hope to save up for one again.
The dingy int his line up is looking bigger than in the past. Ive had two of them over the last, probably 15 years.
Best banana board on the market.
This was one of my favorite videos. The “let’s go out and have an adventure.” Let’s go explore more on skateboards! 🛹
I have the Bengal Tugboat(the one JD uses in the vid). Love the thing to death, has made riding around my neighborhood a treat.
I have 4 boards from land yachtz. Have an ATV, 2 dinghys and a dinghy blunt. They are incredible boards
I got the dinghy with the skeletton as my first board ever. it just looks sick. xD

Loved the street skating! More videos like this!
I cant believe it's taken this long for Braille to try some Landyachtz for reals.
Man, what a sick video! Love to see you guys go more out of the braile house. Keep the grind!
I love your vids when you go outside!!!
Skate bingo is pretty cool! User submitted bingo boards??
