The phone freezes a lot, it overheats frequently and I have never had to restart phone so often with previous phones. The fact that apple reduces the quality of videos/photos on iMessage from androids is terrible because there is no practical reason to do that. The apps seemed more optimized, but it wasn't as much of difference as people claim. Siri sucks, honestly. The voice calling quality is worse and I have Verizon. apple does have some quality control issues my brother bought a phone 11 brand new a while back, the phone has ghost touch issues, rear camera focusing issues, WIFI antenna issues and the software keeps glitching. The phone is real and not fake, he upgraded to the iPhone 13 and the phone had trouble playing simple games like geometry dash and the new ios 18 update sucks for older generation phones like the 13.
I thought maybe it was an isolated issue just for my phone. I would be curious to see how many other people have experienced these quality and software issues. Surprisingly, I have had less issues with android even though people who exclusively use apple say the software is superior. I even gave the 14 Pro Max two years to try and convince me but honestly it has left a sour taste in my mouth. I might give it another try in a few years.
Ive been using Samsung for years and switched to Apple. from my experience I can say actually both companies copied each other. tbh the lock screen editing was on Samsung when iPhone 12 released. thank you bro, people got salty at me for not knowing those things but no faking over here i didnt watch a tutorial or anything just raw first time trying it out
A lot of my iOS user friends think that Android copied Apple in terms of widgets and wireless charging. I can't blame them though, they have never tried anything other than iPhones.
Fun and sometimes painful video to watch as a lifelong Samsung user, but I like the fact you're genuinely willing to learn about these great phones; if you want, I can give you some nice tips and tricks so that the Samsung feels more like your iPhone while still being distinctive from it :) let me know, just wanting to give you the best experience
Thanks haha using the phone as we speak defo takes some time to get used to it fully but its getting better I turned on gestures and stuff but open to more suggestions!
There are a lot of ways to get to your settings. My favorite feature is the side bar you can swipe and have saved apps to access right there, that's where I have settings. Also, just swiping down you can access settings if you tap on the cog on top of the tab.
at 4:57 I tried to swipe up but the damn buttons blocked it and it opened google which was annoying now I have the gestures thing on which has made it much better
@LukeMadeIt yeah, on iPhone you swipe from the very bottom I'm pretty sure, on Android you swipe from anywhere in the middle of the phone to access apps. Just takes some getting use to.
Samsung has been doing all these things for years longer than Apple Apple is definitely made for the simpler person that wants things convenient but it definitely take some getting used to.
@@LukeMadeIt Both are correct, Android had most features first but this year Samsung did a lot of small tweaks to make them all more similar to iOS. For example lockscreen editing was on android first but the design on the S25 is a copy paste of iOS's. The homescreen and icons are tweaked to look very similar to iOS and another super obvious one is on the S25 you can now swipe from the left corner for notifications and right corner for control center just like iOS
@@LukeMadeIt well at least you have a chance to come out of one stereotype now lol. It's one thing to have preference but this much ignorance and stupidity just shows lack of intelligence and common sense. no one would care if you'd have a different opinion than someone but pretending it to be a fact is where most people take the piss.
Swipe from the top right down, to find settings. Also, search routines on RUclips, you can map the side button or double tap the back of the phone to enable do not disturb. First time watching your video, enjoyed it. Nice work.
like idk for example youtube studio, instagram, x seem to be more developed on iOS and ”smoother” idk how to explain I’ll show it in a vid so im thinking that the OS isn’t the issue but companies not developing their Android apps as much as iOS
@@LukeMadeIt oh yeah I get what you're saying now. example the RUclips studio iOS app is different from the Android app. Yeah turns out companies barely optimize apps for Android than iOS.
@@LukeMadeIt basically it's because when you're developing an app for android you are developing for many phone companies (Samsung, OnePlus, Google pixel, nothing, Xiaomi, etc...) and you have to optimize for the hardware and software of all these phones if you are developing for IOS you are only developing for apple smartphones which makes it much easier to optimize the apps.
coming to a completely new device, after 10 years on iphone. then make remarks on how terrible the ui is, just because the SETTINGS app cannot be found. also there's tips that should probably be read before jump to home screen and make any statements. well im sorry guys, its straight up borderline ignorant. but hope you can find something useful in flagship android nowadays✌️✌️
You should try a complete switch to the samsung ecosystem with the samsung watch, earbuds, samsung galaxy book, tablet etc. And look what’s better for daily use and work use
Now i'm convinced Apple is making people dum*... 😂😂😂 Also, most of those things you said Samsung copied from Apple are actually features being enjoyed by Samsung users even before Apple launced it specially the lockscreen 😂😂😂 so I'm not sure who copied who...
You can change the navigation bar from buttons to gestures, you will have a more familiar experience, since you come from an iPhone, you can do that in settings.
yeah i rarely get mad nowadays but i was swiping up and it kept bringing up the google thing and i didnt realize i cant swipe from all the way down but a little higher… me personally I wouldnt hide the settings app on a phone tho

It was really nice seeing you trying a new system. Both are awesome and each one has got pros and cons. Please let us know how your User Experience is progressing. Thanks for sharing, Luke.
Android: • Introduced widgets in a more comprehensive and customizable way with version 1.5 (Cupcake). iOS: This played a significant role in popularizing widgets on smartphones. Added widgets to iOS much later, with the release of iOS 14.
As both an android (samsung) and apple user I can say that user experience is AMAZING on android. You can easily reach settings for example by "scrolling down" upper right corner of the phone (where u find control center on iphone) and tap the cogwheel. You can use 2 or even 3 apps att once using multitasking on samsung. Its UNBELIEVABLE that they still havent managed to fix that for iphone yet 🤦♀️ U can customize literally ANYTHING on a samsung using goodlock app, which you cant on an iphone. Even little things like when u set your alarm, it shows u how many hours until larm goes and same with charging, it shows how long it takes for the battery to be fully charged. You can customize a personalized gif or pic for when anyone calls you. Plug it into your computer, send over songs or whatever to use as ringtones etc.. ENDLESS customization with other words. Plus, u can use the phone as a computer with SamsungDex! 😂😊
Well Well Well GALAXY AI features+8k video recording+4k 120 fps+fully customizable phone+dual messenger+wireless power share to charge your 🍎 fan boy phone+bigger screen with no pill+ecosystem far better than you think+modes and routines very very useful+Samsung dex to make your phone a computer💀+7 years of os updates instead of 5+an open phone were you can download anything without having troubled because you have best phone protection in the world by Samsung knox matrix protection from viruses and threats+better sharper display+many many better thinks makes you Samsung fan see it yourself and learn about the phone better and believe me it's worth it than you think
Thanks for the video, man. Glad to hear "Apple Fanboy" reaction. But it's just too much, man. Like finding the setting button so difficult in Android when you can also do something similar from iOS which is to pull top right sidebar. Not to mention saying Android copies this and that. You really gotta learn more about phone OS to know which one copy one to another. Still, I hope you had good experience with S25 Ultra
🤝 I have never gone into the settings through the top right corner on iphone I always just search the app so I was subconsciously looking for the search bar and when I swiped from bottom up the damn buttons blocked it and the google search popped up So ay no can do, obviously now I know and have customized my home screen much better
It's funny how Apple users often dismiss features on Samsung as gimmicks, but as soon as Apple adds the same thing, it’s suddenly the greatest feature ever. Take widgets, for example - Samsung had them years before Apple even thought about them, and let’s be real, Samsung’s widgets are still better. And the 100x zoom? I remember hearing you say, “Why would anyone need that?” But the moment Apple adds it, suddenly it’s a must-have feature. Funny how that works, right?
It's usually cause Apple implements them a certain way and then others copy. Like the lock screen customization. Android has always been more customizable, but when iOS16 came, Samsung copied the whole lock screen design system pretty much one to one to One UI 6. Or in the case of widgets: Android has had widgets pretty much always, but the moment iOS came up with the new widgets, Samsung updated theirs, and even copied widget stacks. Google introduced a whole new widgets as a part of Material You design. Widgets were a niche feature with no uniformity and little support - a totally random collection of Windows Vista style applets pinned to a home screen - but after Apple introduced theirs, there was a whole paradigm shift and now developers and manufacturers are doing the "Apple-style" widgets with uniformity and well-aligned designs. Now widgets are an essential part of the OS design. About the zoom: it really is a gimmick. Samsung even changed the 10x lens to 5x lens, and now just does more digital zoom to reach the "100x". In fact, iPhone 16 Pro Max's periscope lens is even tighter than Samsungs, 120mm vs 111mm with larger sensor too. If apple wanted, they could add a 100x button to the camera software, but I doubt anyone would say that the button is a must-have feature. I bet most people would say "how do I get rid of this 100x button. It's annoying".
All thing things you mentioned about widgets Android has all those things before Apple did, but great video. But the reason why settings is not on the home screen of ANY Android because we swipe down to get to the quick icons on the top of the screen and the settings icon will be right at the top right.
Enjoy your new phone broo!! I don't know if it was the white balance but the iPhone pics seemed more yellowish I think. I used to have Samsung phones until the s8+ which I kept for 5 years I think. Then I took a Xiaomi and the thing I love is how fast it charges hahahaha. the battery lasts a lot but if you want it can be charged to 80 percent in 30 minutes or less. I want to switch to an iPhone someday but since I have a separate camera for pics it might take a while. Also the base iphone model has a very small battery. The last day in the airport all the passengers in the waiting area including my wife were charging their iphones. Not a single android was charged that day hahaha. Take care and have fun mate. Keep up the good work. 😊
Thats true! All the photos were just "run and gun" so let the phone do the work and iphone indeed is more yellowish does the fast charging hurt battery life long term? excited to see the battery once this is fully optimized for my day to day usage
@@LukeMadeIt yeah it might hurt after a period of time. I have the 67 watt charger. There are models with 120watts but it is not a phone that keeps its value and you will be able to sell it after 3 years to buy a new one. On the other hand, if you keep your iphone well maintained you can sell it for a decent amount of money and buy the new one without spending a lot. With Xiaomi I know that if I want to upgrade I will spend 400 or 500 or maybe less and I will have a decent battery and memory for everyday use 😆
1:05 The good value people are talking about comes from the base models S25 and S25+. With the free storage upgrade currently available everywhere and first time customer on my country's samsung's website I got an S25+ with 512GB storage for about $1000. The iPhone 16 regular with only 256GB costs the same, which is crazy. The iPhone 16 is still stuck on a 60hz screen!!! The only real difference between the S25+ and the Ultra is the Ultra has the S Pen, Anti-Reflective screen, and a better camera. All of which don't really matter to me. This S25+ I got is trading blows with the 16 Pro Max (with same storage) at 59% of the cost.
Bros like, " theres no settings on the home screen" no phone has settings on the home screen unless you put the app icon there. Jeez, these apple users really cant think for themselves huh.
Nice video dude! Even though I'm an Apple fanboy as well, I wanted to try out one of the Android flip phones but I just couldn't live without those little feature like handoff, iCloud etc 🤣
Switching audio headphones between devices such as smartphones and tablets etc are also possible in Samsung ecosystem. But you have to use galaxy products like apple to do so.
Nokia is a smartphone brand that utilizes the Android operating system. Android itself is not a physical phone but rather an operating system (OS), similar to iOS, which is a software platform developed by Apple. Companies such as Nokia and Samsung manufacture smartphones that run on Android, while Apple exclusively uses iOS for its iPhones.
@@LukeMadeIt Nah, Windows Phone wasn’t built on Android. It was its own thing, developed by Microsoft on the Windows CE kernel, which is totally different from Android’s Linux-based system. Windows Phone flopped since most apps were only on Android or iOS.
I’m an iPhone user since 6S Plus and I will try to switch to S25 Ultra… I suggest you make a challenger video… lock your iPhone with a padlock for 1 week and share with us how you feel, the pros and cons
Here are some tips to help you out Double press the power button to instantly open the camera Sliding down from the top from the left part of the screen or the right part of the screen brings up different features left side drag down brings up notifications right side drag down brings up your quick panel features there you will find your settings it is a small gear in the top right-hand corner You can also download themes to change the entire look of every application icon on your phone
If you really want to compare the cameras of Galaxy and iPhone, you need to compare the final results after taking photos. This is because the iPhone shows little difference between before and after taking a photo, whereas the Galaxy applies significant post-processing, resulting in a noticeable difference. The same goes for the 100x zoom-text that appears blurry before taking the shot becomes much sharper after post-processing.😅
Nice video bro, my emotion are mixed bag😆😅🫠 6:47 its not adjusting the brightness. The defualt screen on time is 30s, and before 30s it dims before turning off. 7:59 The current look of Samsung Lockscreen customization is closer to apple. But the thing is its just the looks, the features are there even before Apple decided to give consumer to edit their lockscreen. So basically Apple is the one "who copy" 10:05 Sadly, Samsung remove the Bluetooth functionality of the S-Pen 12:15 Swithing Devices is also a thing on Samsung Ecosystem when using Galaxy Buds 16:48 It's the other way around huhuhuhuh 18:56 100x is somewhat useful if you point it on a subject with full of text, since AI can recognize it and enchance the photo.
The easiest way to open SETTINGS is to swipe from the top right and you will find the settings icon at the top right corner. You can also remove the navigation buttons from the bottom of the screen in settings.
I noticed you never changed the gesture to slide up to close the apps you left it with the button and back space button. The first thing people usually do is go to display and change the gesture to close apps like iphone and every phone out there. Also why did you have the brightness so bright it's even good enough half way not so bright. great video
Appreciate you! I have been customizing the phone yesterday and today and have that feature on now made everything much easier Tbh idek why the brightness is so bright, even now typing this its at max 🤣 ill turn it down a little
I understand u not knowing ur way around the phone especially the settings. It's literally ur first time. U can put all apps in the home screen the way Apple does to make it easier if that's what u want. That's why it's Android. It's easily customizable. Another thing is, iPhone users don't know much about android cus they choose not to give Android a shot, so when there are things they find better on the Android, they become so surprised. They think Apple has it all and is the best because well, that's exactly what Apple wants them to think. But in reality, Apple isn't quite the best. They're good, but not the best. More Apple users should give Android phones a shot and pls, the clowning of people based on what phones they use has gotta stop. It's 2025!
Samsung the best phone as I've always had a Samsung stick and swear By them.never failed or let me down.😊 100% support you my friend can't wait for the next one 😊 are you older than me.
bro, some advices to an Apple user: 1- change the home, back and multitasking button to gesture bar that Android copied from iOS… 2- turn off the swipe up to access the credit card from home screen… let it only on lock screen
You're funny , couldn't find the settings.... its on the pulldown shade. That way no matter which app your on , you don't have to go to the home page just to access settings. You see why on a lot of things on android its actually much easier compared to apple. Just like camera settings is on the actual camera app unlike iphones. That doesn't even make sense to not have camera settings on the camera app
@LukeMadeIt i understand, I'm a UX designer. Mobile design revolves around ios. I'm the only one on design team that uses Samsung lol. I'm the outcast that's always made fun of 😆
haha then you know that users like to press anything and everything on the designs so give me the benefit of the doubt here 😂😭 its funny because im a developer and sometimes wonder how X thing happened because to me the functionality would be so obvious but now I was on the other end of it
I think it's always nice to see "normal" test new phones, it just does better in showing what actually is important not just random specs. I've always had Samsung phones until the iPhone 16's launch, and I think iPhone is better for me. I get it you can do more on Androids but that doesn't really matter for me, I want a nice looking and working phone that is practical and does what it needs to do 😅
@@LukeMadeIt he says the elements are the same like the style of the widgets. The widgets have been there since always, they've been there since touchwiz lol
It is not oleophobic coating like other tablet or computer screens. Gorilla glass armor 2 implemented anti glass reflection within the glass itself so it won't wear out long as glass itself is broken.
Hi Luke. I feel the opposite of your cellular tech journey. I started with an iPhone as my first smartphone and then I moved towards Samsung Androids (different versions of it) ever since. I have this thought, maybe it's a stereotype, that Apple phones are more for creativity and graphic design and Android phones are for more tech-savvy/data-driven/analytical customers. Do you believe this stereotype still exists through some people?
I had the same reaction but for the iPhone. I was so used to Android my whole life that I felt there were minimal things to do on an iPhone. Even though limited, iPhone is more polished in what it does but, once you get used to the Android, you will definitely feel you are missing a lot of things on an iPhone. Android is like a pocket-sized computer.
I feel you, guess its the same with all new OS from phone to laptop, just gotta get used to it but i been customizing the phone and its looking pretty good now
we're on the same boat! i traded my 15 pro max to s25 ultra, hope i'll stay with android, tbh i can't keep up with apple ecosystem, they're getting expensive 😆
Was he acting when he did the whole "I can't find the settings" thing? I was in my 50's when I got my first Android phone in 2011 and I knew how to find the settings. Anyways🙄, you can access the setting from the app drawer like you did. But on Samsung phones (actually all Android phones) you swipe down from the top for "quick settings" and you see that little gear icon at the top(on some Android phones the settings icon is below the quick settings)? That is the settings icon. Tap on it and voila...settings magically appear! That is an easier and faster way to access settings. It is actually better than iOS. By the way, I have also been an iPhone user since the first gen iPhone. Yes, I have both Android and iPhone.
Guys he'll pin my comment if it'll be in top 5 hope u help me. It'll be really great of u. Luke hope u also help me😅

literally never touched a android idk what I should tap 😂
@LukeMadeIt I feel you man 😂 I remember first switching to android, it felt like a maze. Banger video like always!
thank you bro, people got salty at me for not knowing those things but no faking over here i didnt watch a tutorial or anything just raw first time trying it out
@@LukeMadeIt Yessir, it's impossible to please everyone in this day and age, but the real ones definitely appreciate you keeping it authentic bro 💪
that cracked me good lmao
16:47 Apple copied the widgets from Android lol
That statement didnt age well, thats for sure...
Thanks haha using the phone as we speak defo takes some time to get used to it fully but its getting better
I turned on gestures and stuff but open to more suggestions!
There are a lot of ways to get to your settings. My favorite feature is the side bar you can swipe and have saved apps to access right there, that's where I have settings. Also, just swiping down you can access settings if you tap on the cog on top of the tab.
at 4:57 I tried to swipe up but the damn buttons blocked it and it opened google which was annoying
now I have the gestures thing on which has made it much better
@LukeMadeIt yeah, on iPhone you swipe from the very bottom I'm pretty sure, on Android you swipe from anywhere in the middle of the phone to access apps. Just takes some getting use to.
Samsung has been doing all these things for years longer than Apple Apple is definitely made for the simpler person that wants things convenient but it definitely take some getting used to.
Just checked mr whosetheboss video and even him said UI is copy and paste from apple so idk who to believe here
@@LukeMadeIt Both are correct, Android had most features first but this year Samsung did a lot of small tweaks to make them all more similar to iOS. For example lockscreen editing was on android first but the design on the S25 is a copy paste of iOS's. The homescreen and icons are tweaked to look very similar to iOS and another super obvious one is on the S25 you can now swipe from the left corner for notifications and right corner for control center just like iOS
ah that makes sense, so apple kind of just shuffled the features around a bit
@@LukeMadeIt copy paste? bro apple didn't invent anything, all the acrylic ui and rounded corners are taken from windows vista, what are you on about?
the fact this dude is a web dev and isheep, it's like two stereotype of ignorance in one place, absolute circus.
Ayyyyo... we in the same team now im actually using the phone
We breaking out of the shell and going to the top 🚀
Swipe from the top right down, to find settings. Also, search routines on RUclips, you can map the side button or double tap the back of the phone to enable do not disturb. First time watching your video, enjoyed it. Nice work.
Scary to see Apple fanboys converse about phones not gonna lie.
Let the discussions begin
Welcome to the Android team bro. Samsung S25 is goated 🔥
haha lets see bro, some of these apps feel unfinished ngl
@@LukeMadeIt lmao what do u mean the apps are unfinished 😅
like idk for example youtube studio, instagram, x seem to be more developed on iOS and ”smoother” idk how to explain I’ll show it in a vid
so im thinking that the OS isn’t the issue but companies not developing their Android apps as much as iOS
@@LukeMadeIt oh yeah I get what you're saying now. example the RUclips studio iOS app is different from the Android app. Yeah turns out companies barely optimize apps for Android than iOS.
@@LukeMadeIt basically it's because when you're developing an app for android you are developing for many phone companies (Samsung, OnePlus, Google pixel, nothing, Xiaomi, etc...) and you have to optimize for the hardware and software of all these phones
if you are developing for IOS you are only developing for apple smartphones which makes it much easier to optimize the apps.
coming to a completely new device, after 10 years on iphone. then make remarks on how terrible the ui is, just because the SETTINGS app cannot be found. also there's tips that should probably be read before jump to home screen and make any statements.
well im sorry guys, its straight up borderline ignorant. but hope you can find something useful in flagship android nowadays✌️✌️
the whole point of the video is apple user switching over for the first time I wanted to see what happens when you do
I lost brain cells trying to get through this
😂
you can do it 😈
You should try a complete switch to the samsung ecosystem with the samsung watch, earbuds, samsung galaxy book, tablet etc. And look what’s better for daily use and work use
would be fun but ngl I dont have infinite $ yet
@@LukeMadeIt step by step bro
You're getting wrong! Most of the features are apple copied from android.
Now i'm convinced Apple is making people dum*... 😂😂😂
Also, most of those things you said Samsung copied from Apple are actually features being enjoyed by Samsung users even before Apple launced it specially the lockscreen 😂😂😂 so I'm not sure who copied who...
You can change the navigation bar from buttons to gestures, you will have a more familiar experience, since you come from an iPhone, you can do that in settings.
No idea why he didn't choose that in the setup screen
yup did that now! the damn buttons at the bottom were blocking the swipe up lol so didnt find the hidden apps
@kindofanmol because I had no idea there even is something called ”gestures” this is my first time trying
Dude was going to switch back to iPhone before making it through the Samsung setup process 😂
It was fr super long I feel like half the stuff could have been ignored
Dude you’re always so laid back it was hilarious to see you get frustrated setting up the phone hahaha love the content always
yeah i rarely get mad nowadays but i was swiping up and it kept bringing up the google thing and i didnt realize i cant swipe from all the way down but a little higher…
me personally I wouldnt hide the settings app on a phone tho
first apple fanboy vid I watched, that fits an apple fanboy stereotype lmao
I'll take it as a compliment 🤣
@ im an iphone user too and I preordered the s25u so im gonna suffer like you to adjust soon lol
great video btw lad
Thank you haha 🤝 I have actually been enjoying the phone for the past couple of days, hope you like yours aswell
bro said lockscreen customization screen was copied directly from apple when its been there for more than 10 years cmooooon
ay let me live 😂 never touched a android just first impression
@LukeMadeIt Apple is good, Apple is reliable, but samsung and android are just better. Give it an honest shot please, you'll love it.
will do!
Didnt know you were into watches too! The Cartier Santos is also one of my dream watches, so you definetly have to make a video once you get it🔥
one of the only objects in the world that can hold proper sentimental value IMO! I still have a watch my grandma gave me and it reminds me of here every time I look at it
Samsung s25 ultra and iPhone 16 pro Max is like Ronaldo and Messi 😂😂
Always at the top
hup and both fanbases will never agree lol hahah
You made me feel smart
The DRONE shots And the customization are Amazing bro.!!!!!😊😊
Bro you gotta keep making these videos so I can pull up and review the products. I’m becoming a tech reviewer thanks to you! 🎉
bro you getting cancelled for that camera comment
It was really nice seeing you trying a new system. Both are awesome and each one has got pros and cons. Please let us know how your User Experience is progressing. Thanks for sharing, Luke.
Android: • Introduced widgets in a more comprehensive and customizable way with version 1.5 (Cupcake). iOS: This played a significant role in popularizing widgets on smartphones. Added widgets to iOS much later, with the release of iOS 14.
Hey Luke it's good to see you ❤❤❤
Never seen you upload this quick after the latest video 🤣
I was in the lab cooking
Luke you might make me switch over. I’m hyped for the day in the life man. Becoming one of my fav RUclipsrs man.
💜
Everyone in the smart knows that Apple is a company that always packs old technologies into the fabric of new ones.
🤝 I have never gone into the settings through the top right corner on iphone I always just search the app so I was subconsciously looking for the search bar and when I swiped from bottom up the damn buttons blocked it and the google search popped up
So ay no can do, obviously now I know and have customized my home screen much better
This video proves only iphone users are dumb, they must have shortcut on menu to everything.
historians will study this video
It's funny how Apple users often dismiss features on Samsung as gimmicks, but as soon as Apple adds the same thing, it’s suddenly the greatest feature ever. Take widgets, for example - Samsung had them years before Apple even thought about them, and let’s be real, Samsung’s widgets are still better. And the 100x zoom? I remember hearing you say, “Why would anyone need that?” But the moment Apple adds it, suddenly it’s a must-have feature. Funny how that works, right?
I did not say that about the zoom. My friend said it, listen to it again before you comment lies lol
6:46 it's not changing the brightness, it's just going on timeout 😭
i realized this while editing and felt so dumb 😂
feeling you bro. i am also a apple boy but now i will change to samsung galaxy s25 ultra titanium jadegreen. lets see!
The fact that you can't find the things on Samsung which is literally easy, it doesn't mean the UI is bad. It means that the apple users are dumb lol
Lol the buttons at the bottom were blocking the swipe up to get to the search you can see at 4:55 it opened google
Some parts did hurt my head, but I respect the switch. Nice vid, keen for part 2.
Thank you 🤝 using it rn as we speak we getting there its feeling better and better
Didn't know Finland was also a pro-Apple apartheid state lol. I always thought that was just an American thing.
🇫🇮
Lol Apple is worldwide known brand.
Most countries with high GDP per capita use apple, only the tech antusiasts that using android.
Thats true! All the photos were just "run and gun" so let the phone do the work and iphone indeed is more yellowish
does the fast charging hurt battery life long term?
excited to see the battery once this is fully optimized for my day to day usage
@@LukeMadeIt yeah it might hurt after a period of time. I have the 67 watt charger. There are models with 120watts but it is not a phone that keeps its value and you will be able to sell it after 3 years to buy a new one. On the other hand, if you keep your iphone well maintained you can sell it for a decent amount of money and buy the new one without spending a lot. With Xiaomi I know that if I want to upgrade I will spend 400 or 500 or maybe less and I will have a decent battery and memory for everyday use 😆
Although it is painful to watch but I like you're taking the initiative to try android. Good luck with your journey!!
Upgrading from iPhone to Samsung was th3 best choice I've ever made.
Was the windows phone OS built on android?
@@LukeMadeIt no, Windows Phone was developed by Microsoft based on its Windows NT kernel. Android is developed by Google
thats what I was thinking too, so no idea why they saying it runs on android
@@LukeMadeIt Nah, Windows Phone wasn’t built on Android. It was its own thing, developed by Microsoft on the Windows CE kernel, which is totally different from Android’s Linux-based system.
Windows Phone flopped since most apps were only on Android or iOS.
so that being said I dont understand whats the point of the comment
I’m an iPhone user since 6S Plus and I will try to switch to S25 Ultra… I suggest you make a challenger video… lock your iPhone with a padlock for 1 week and share with us how you feel, the pros and cons
Here are some tips to help you out
Double press the power button to instantly open the camera
Sliding down from the top from the left part of the screen or the right part of the screen brings up different features left side drag down brings up notifications right side drag down brings up your quick panel features there you will find your settings it is a small gear in the top right-hand corner
You can also download themes to change the entire look of every application icon on your phone
If you really want to compare the cameras of Galaxy and iPhone, you need to compare the final results after taking photos. This is because the iPhone shows little difference between before and after taking a photo, whereas the Galaxy applies significant post-processing, resulting in a noticeable difference. The same goes for the 100x zoom-text that appears blurry before taking the shot becomes much sharper after post-processing.😅
there was like a 45 sec section in this video of the photos when I showed James we just looked at the cam quickly
So this is how apple users look at androids. So funny 😅
🤣🤣🤣🤣
Nice video bro, my emotion are mixed bag😆😅🫠
6:47 its not adjusting the brightness. The defualt screen on time is 30s, and before 30s it dims before turning off.
7:59 The current look of Samsung Lockscreen customization is closer to apple. But the thing is its just the looks, the features are there even before Apple decided to give consumer to edit their lockscreen. So basically Apple is the one "who copy"
10:05 Sadly, Samsung remove the Bluetooth functionality of the S-Pen
12:15 Swithing Devices is also a thing on Samsung Ecosystem when using Galaxy Buds
16:48 It's the other way around huhuhuhuh
18:56 100x is somewhat useful if you point it on a subject with full of text, since AI can recognize it and enchance the photo.
Also did he seriously say that having too many options during startup is bad? Why wouldnt you want the phone to be personalised for you
Nothing has changed, love u bro
The easiest way to open SETTINGS is to swipe from the top right and you will find the settings icon at the top right corner. You can also remove the navigation buttons from the bottom of the screen in settings.
I turned on the gestures stuff ive been reading the comments they taught me how to use the phone haha its starting to look good we getting there
It was a pain seeing you didn't know anything about One Ui😂
🤣🤣🤣🤣 im learning
I noticed you never changed the gesture to slide up to close the apps you left it with the button and back space button. The first thing people usually do is go to display and change the gesture to close apps like iphone and every phone out there. Also why did you have the brightness so bright it's even good enough half way not so bright. great video
Appreciate you! I have been customizing the phone yesterday and today and have that feature on now made everything much easier
Tbh idek why the brightness is so bright, even now typing this its at max 🤣 ill turn it down a little
I understand u not knowing ur way around the phone especially the settings.
💜 lets see how the experience goes once I get a little more into it, it’s been a cool experience switching over thats for sure haha
im 24 btw 👀
Aww OK 👍 I'm 26
It's a good day when you upload new vids!
bro, some advices to an Apple user:
1- change the home, back and multitasking button to gesture bar that Android copied from iOS…
2- turn off the swipe up to access the credit card from home screen… let it only on lock screen
Stop saying Android say Samsung. Samsung is not just Android its a PC in your hands
when referring to this phone specifically i said samsung pretty much every time iirc
You're funny , couldn't find the settings.... its on the pulldown shade. That way no matter which app your on , you don't have to go to the home page just to access settings. You see why on a lot of things on android its actually much easier compared to apple. Just like camera settings is on the actual camera app unlike iphones. That doesn't even make sense to not have camera settings on the camera app
you know, im sure everything will make sense once I use it more but you can imagine coming over after 10 years of ios is not so easy lol
@LukeMadeIt i understand, I'm a UX designer. Mobile design revolves around ios. I'm the only one on design team that uses Samsung lol. I'm the outcast that's always made fun of 😆
haha then you know that users like to press anything and everything on the designs so give me the benefit of the doubt here 😂😭
its funny because im a developer and sometimes wonder how X thing happened because to me the functionality would be so obvious but now I was on the other end of it
So excited to watch ❤
I think it's always nice to see "normal" test new phones, it just does better in showing what actually is important not just random specs. I've always had Samsung phones until the iPhone 16's launch, and I think iPhone is better for me. I get it you can do more on Androids but that doesn't really matter for me, I want a nice looking and working phone that is practical and does what it needs to do 😅
As an iPhone user, I’m sorry-we’re not all like this
🤣
You still had an option to trade in you iPhone, you won't regreet at all, believe me, you could have save a lot of money with that.
I am 16 and living in Pakistan. Your videos are very inspiring to me. Love your content bro🤟
Bro did u really say widgets and homescreen is copied from apple lmfao..
Android has been like this for centuries
I watched mr whosetheboss latest s25 video yesterday and even he said its copy and paste lol
Not sure who to believe here
@@LukeMadeIt he's talking about the design, not the feature
@@LukeMadeIt he says the elements are the same like the style of the widgets. The widgets have been there since always, they've been there since touchwiz lol
Agree with him ngl maybe i said wrong then lol
Apple Fanboy == Stupid, where is the setting 😂
The thing is, the oleophobic coating on the phone will wear off within two months, just like all the Samsung phones. So, use the protective glass.
No it won't. My s24U is now 1 year old with not 1 mark on it. (No I don't use a screen protector)
hmmm interesting, might actually be a good experiment to see what happens to it over time so I can share it here
Hmm. Where do all these guys get their info. I’ve had my s24 ultra for many months and my screen is in pristine condition still.
I feel you, guess its the same with all new OS from phone to laptop, just gotta get used to it but i been customizing the phone and its looking pretty good now
no wayyyy bro has uploadedddd thisss earlyyyyy ?????
I was grinding bro!
Wait, two uploads in a week by Luke?!
gahahaha yuh I spammed
We eating goood this year ain't we ?😄

Hope you like it 🤝
This is so painful to watch HAHAHAHAHAH... made me want to lend some braincells to him 😂😂😂
Road to 100k begins 😎 !!,top vid
we're on the same boat! i traded my 15 pro max to s25 ultra, hope i'll stay with android, tbh i can't keep up with apple ecosystem, they're getting expensive 😆
Should I learn full stack, back end, front end or learn one language first? What do you recommend?
The battery will be learning usage patterns for a while.
You can also swipe down from the right to pull down settings lol
