    1) going to bed early and waking up really early (between 4.30 & 5.30)
    2) stop snoozing
    3) making bed after waking up
    4) be gratefulv and maintain a 5 minute gratitude journal
    5) meditating
    6) keeping personal space clutter free
    7) eating healthy
    8) working out
    9) reading book
    10) be kind to yourself

    I have to say this is one of your best most helpful most powerful videos it’s very basic but it’s so hard to do and I’m so happy that you put that out there because even though I knew all these things I just really needed to hear today and thank you for that

    Snoozing my alarm, sleeping at nocturnal hours, leaving my bed messy- all your words SPOKE to me! It felt as if you were sitting right in front us counselling us about our not so great habits. Sounds like I am totally you before you implemented these changes, now I feel totally motivated to adopt them, thank you!

    Sleeping with your phone in another room, and not in your bedroom is an amazing way to train yourself to get up early. I love all your tips! x

    Thank u so much this video really came at the right time for .. i was feeling so down and hopeless.. I’m a mom of two young kids under the age of 3 and I felt like i was failing at all of it ..     This is so true! We used to wake up early in the morning together like at 6 and i read or just talked to my husband during that time. Now that we have a baby its so hard to do that and I really miss my reading and just waking up early and just talking to my husband with no electronics.

    Hey girl! New subscriber here. I've watched so many of your videos and makeup tutorials and you are so damn gorgeous but this one really caught my attention. You've really gone through every point succinctly yet thoroughly and all of them are very practical. I love reading self-help books and i can't stress on how much there is to learn from them as well.     Eating clean is the best thing you can do to yourself. If you shift from a non-veg to a veg diet, to a vegan diet, you can actually see the change in energy level. Also Reading a book for 1 hour a day (at least) is a great way to unplug yourself from technology, which I feel is very important in this day and age. I'm just glad I broke my snoozing habit once I got a dog, there is no way that kid is going to let me go back to sleep.

    This video is such an inspiration . I found this video is mostly related to my routine and habits. Actually I donno it may be co-incidence or something else , exactly one hour before watching this video , I was in such tricky situation as the problem would have solved if I was gentle to myself and due to my anxiety I totally lost control over my thoughts and action . If I think what the actual thing is problematic then everything would be fine but instead of that I'm pressuring myself. But after watching this video I was like , yes I doono why but I think some kind of positivity entered into me . And slowly understanding everything. Thank you for such video . I hope in future too you will make such inspirational videos ❤️❤️❤️🤗

    Thoroughly enjoyed this video - all great habits. I made a lot of these changes last year. And I am a much happier person this year. The # 1 change was to wake up early.
