I've been a full time health and fitness coach for 7 years working with 100's of people in class, small group and 1:1 training. What I share on this channel is indicative of my fitness background and experience...primal movement, calisthenics, weight training with KB's, sandbags, DB's, recovery and nervous system regulation practices with qi gong, breathwork, joint mobility, alignment, etc. I now operate my business online through 1:1 coaching, packaged programs and content based memberships.
