Hey, like any good camp oven meal I don't really have a detailed recipe. I got this ingredient list from a page a few years ago and have it saved on my phone. I just buy the items and mix them all together at these approx. ratio's (below) . Place everything into the camp oven, and keep it a medium heat for as long as it takes to have the bone pull out and pork pull apart with forks. I remove the pork, pulled it apart in a separate tray and simmer the sauce in the camp oven until it thickens, then add back the pulled pork and serve. Ingredients: 1 pork shoulder roast 1 cup barbeque sauce (nice sauce) ½ cup apple cider vinegar ½ cup chicken broth ¼ cup light brown sugar 1 tablespoon yellow mustard 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce 1 tablespoon chili powder 2 large cloves garlic, crushed 1 ½ teaspoons dried thyme
I fella did the nexr day- Currently Impossible, with all the rain the wash out was insane- Should be good in a Few months-- Have your Driven it before?
