Cheers from North Carolina. I found an unsold brand new 2013 sitting around and snatched it up for cheap. This bike is a sleeper really. It does so many things well. I'm an experienced senor rider and wanted to downsize due to age and old injuries. This bike so fit the bill. It still looks almost full-size but is super easy to turn and manage. I left mine bone stock and enjoyed it that way. Your review was spot on. It proves that for urban and country roads you don't need a litre bike to have fun. Insurance is super cheap and that is nice as well.
Thanks for watching dude! It's a heavy bike but doesn't feel it at all. Great practicality and smooth engine this bikes definately an underated bike! On twisty roads it's stable, motorway is a tad lacking but not horrific can easily hold 70mph 🤘🤘thanks for your comment 😊
Just picked a 2013 up. 80 miles to the gallon. Solid small cc bike well behaved. All my other bikes have been carb. So I wasn't keen on fuel injection. But this is creamy smooth no jerks or stuttering. I'm 6f1 and the ergonomics are fine. Suzuki only stopped making them because the EU demanded ABS brakes be fitted. I actually like the fact that's it none ABS.
i actually thought it was an impressive little runner. i honestly didnt think id enjoy it as much as i did. its really not a bad choice. thanks for watching mate :)
Indeed I have. Only 3 months ownership of it. No complaints. Very easy to live with bike. Cheap to own. Reliable as anything. Very popular in Asian country. Eats up bad roads and potholes. Comfy relaxed and enjoyable. Plus fun and gets the job done. You not be disappointed 👊
this was my buddies bike and hes only just sold it! its a great little bike. many many many adventures weve had with it. im sure you will have many awesome adventures on yours!
@@Rideitoutyoutube biggest issue im having is which exhaust to get. Im sure theres more out there but the two i like sound of is danmoto xg1 and the yoshimura but i cannot find danmoto xg1 anywhere
Had mine from new for 4 years ..no issues. Would have liked ABS .brakes. Even so they stop very well. Must be careful in wet like all bikes. Does have a bit of valve chain noise. Ear plugs fix that nicely.
Hey thankyou! at 18st id probably say the bike is heavy on its own and with 24bhp and me at 11st it wasnt super pokey. if youre looking at a 2nd bike to cruise with that could work but standard the power to weight ratio wasnt in its favor. it would make a great city run about commuter though.
@@Rideitoutyoutube oh cool does sound like an awesome little bike just a shame down on power but overall size it's perfect bike just power is my biggest concern with if should get one. Thanks for replying
@@DannyT636 id recommend a kawasaki er5 if you are looking for something similar but with a bit of low end torque. its A2 friendly cheap to run and also a parallel twin. its very similar to the suzuki but maybe a little more dated but roughly the same price used. always happy to help bud
@@Rideitoutyoutube its funny I passed my test on one years ago great little bike have thought about it before and gs500 really was only that they have carbs that put me of am thinking maybe going back to carbs dont want anything really expensive just all weather bike as got gixer 1000. Thakns
Cheers dude. Yea needing a little bit of time to get money and stuff set for future episodes. Changed job and have the kids all week so been real busy!
yea i was wondering when i was going to see your next video mate. trying to save a bit too so i can afford to get the sinnis places and hopefully colab this summer. be wicked to get some crazy content
I would recommend an oil change. If that doesn't help it could well be a clutch adjustment or possibly internal problems. Start with a service and then check slack on the clutch
It's not my bike it's my friends, if you'd like I could ask him more about his?.... He's always rocked the top box...(carries most the camera equipment 😂😂)
update. Still riding ..getting ready for my Sunday ride...Had the bike 6 years now. Sold my Suzuki 1300..too heavy

What make is the after market exhaust? They tend to be louder than the original!
I believe it's a black widow exhaust. It's not stock it's gone from a twin pipe to a single but does sound nice!
Good bike
Why my inazuma gear shifting is hard
I would recommend an oil change. If that doesn't help it could well be a clutch adjustment or possibly internal problems. Start with a service and then check slack on the clutch
if going well gears a silky smooth and easy. Definitely put in for service if you can't fix yourself.
You CAN'T get a rear rack for these. I checked.
