Goat vs Talladega Superspeedway was todays menu! Great ride this one. I would said not the toughest Hiit you have made but for sure still a challenge. The next one as I pair it with Talladega more tough imo. Legs was quite heavy today so struggle with the pace in second ride! Thank you for another great workout Kirsten. Have a great day!
