This was hard hard work for me, I had a C section a few months ago and finally at a point where I want to get back to working out. Only made it half way through this time but wow I'm excited to get back on again tomorrow 🎉

It's a subjective resistance scale that you make up based on your own bike/fitness level! The numbers that I call out don't necessarily equate to a fixed number on some bikes. So just adjust accordingly. For example, peloton level 7 is likely to be your 10/10 heaviest resistance! Hope that helps!
Absolutely - this is your workout! I would say, as long as you have enough resistance for leg control to protect your knees, then it's all good! Keep up the great work!!! 🔥🙌💯

As a whole, yes! But some need a low impact version of this already low impact form of exercise - standing reps and heavy tension can still hurt the knees and ankles of those with arthritis or sports injuries!

When I do my workout on the bike I don't change my resistance on the bike. Is it ok to stay resistance 1 on the bike.
