As an old timer slide out owner, I found that waxing the underneath of the slide out solved most of my problems with resistance and sticking during the slide....
That is not how you maintain a Schwintec slide. They specifically say do not lube the channel. You are supposed to lube the rolling mechanism at the end behind the rubber cover
