Many, many years ago we took a group of teens camping in Canadian winter. A Boy Scout troop had been there a week before and dug an open area about 10 feet down so we had a wall of snow all around us. We all just spread tarps and sleeping bags out, no tents, taught the kids how to make Bannock bread and bacon cooking over sticks. The campground had outhouses you had to climb down stairs of snow to. Next day we snowshoed around a small lake. Fun times.

@Nimesh My all-time favorite camping channel was Taylor Dzaman. I knew after watching him one day I would make it to Vancouver Island. It looks like endless beauty over there.
I love watching you cook while camping. When we camped, I cooked a ham before leaving home and we had sandwiches, ham and eggs for breakfast, and ham and cheese and crackers on the beach. You are like the Julia Child of camping!
Kenny: $10 for you for putting up with all the snow this season and for putting up with me over the years! Good work and look forward to your next filmed adventure! Todd
Todd!! It's awesome that you found the channel! I appreciate the support. I should be thanking you for putting up with all my phone calls over the years!! I appreciate you watching.
Thanks, it definitely feels like a second home. Honestly, if I didn't have such a comfortable setup, I doubt that I would make these videos on my two days off every week. I get a lot comments saying "your not really camping," or "You should just stay home if you're gonna be in a camper like that." Some people don't get it. Tents were cool in my 20's and 30's. I'm almost 50. I like having a queen bed, bathroom, and full kitchen when I'm in the forest.

Awesome set up on the grill, at least it mostly worked! Love the woods covered in snow, we just had some snow and the woods behind my house looks amazing! Winter wonderland for sure

Greetings from Europe. Nice videos, you got yourself a new subscriber. I watched some of them and they are relaxing. I only have 1 suggestion, we need more shots from inside the camper, especialy around evening/before bed time. Chilling in the camper when outside is cold gives alot of charm to the videos. Keep up the good work :)
I do a LOT of BBQ Weber smokey mountain and weber kettle. Beef ribs are very good, they do edge out pork ST Louis by a hair. But waaay more money. Look for a 14”Weber Smokey Mountain. As usual another amazing one in the bag. Thank you for taking us along sir 🙂
Hey Kenny,
Thank you so much for giving me something to look forward to every Tuesday after work. I appreciate you, man! On a side note, I just picked up a Zoom F3 Field Recorder to capture the sounds of nature. Very excited to try it! Building out the mics and mounting setup next. Hope you have a great week, buddy!
That sounds awesome!
Hello,
Very cool video!👍
Greetings Seven🖖
Thanks Seven!
Thanks for the suggestions. I'll figure out how to incorporate some shots from inside.
Look forward to each Tuesday love the videos can't wait to get my camper out
Awesome, thanks!
I do a LOT of BBQ Weber smokey mountain and weber kettle. Beef ribs are very good, they do edge out pork ST Louis by a hair. But waaay more money. Look for a 14”Weber Smokey Mountain. Take it along with you on your adventures, it will forever change your cooking in the outdoors. Probably went by my place on hwy 371 north of Walker
Small World, Mandi grew up and went to high school in Walker. I'll have to look into the grill.
Very cool video, winter camping is so peaceful.
