    Coach Tyler you said do pushups and squats in intervals. Is that all like just the 2 exercises back and forth for a period of time or include other bodyweight exercises?

    Cardio for 30 mins after like 2 hours of strength training?? Idk unless I’m confused

    That made no sense. You are literally saying mix them. You are also saying that cardio (running) can cause repetitive injuries....so can squats and push-ups.
