A thumb would be the perfect upgrade, especially when you get to the clean-up and landscaping. Looks like it should be a good machine for your projects, much more capable than the 1 ton.
I live in the USA and ordered the same machine but it has the Kubota D722 engine and is branded as a Typhon terror XVIII. It appears that all the "2Ton" machines are actually 1.8ton. either way, yours looks like a great machine and a good upgrade from your old one.
Thanks man, the difference was like night and day. Machine weight is the actual weight of the machine and operation weight is the weight of a machine with operator, full fuel tank and accessories on.
Hey, nice video, I ordered the same machine and should be here in about one month. Question for you, Does the heat from the engine keep you warm in the cab? Thanks.
with excavator buckets and trailer the weight of the entire trailer it hardly scratches 3 tons of tow weight, every engine should take care of that small weight.. just need to use low enough gears..
If you need machinery and equipment made in China, you can also contact me, the quality is very good, the price is favorable, to ensure that you are a comfortable shopping.
Which model is it, who's the manufacturer? I have among others a 1 t Akrotect. Horribly built, but with the Kubota D722 engine. Runs fine but horrible cold start ability. How much did the machine cost? Best regards!
This is a rippa L330 with Kubota D902. It's very similar to a Kubota U17. Cost was a little under 20k euros with taxes, depends on country and accessories too.
Fuel tank...inside cabine and opening the wrong way, tipical low cost Chinese, bad design. I hesitate between buying a Chinese or a used known brand and chosen the known brand, and very happy with this. They cost the same, 16k€ for a new 2t Chinese or a 3000h used 2.5t kubota. The one you got look pretty nice, seems to have proper valves on the cabine rotation. Yes they do not clean metal work before painting, their building process is not professional. Taking the Kubota engine is the way to go anyway, let's see what are your conclusion after 100 hours. Yeah they lie on the weight too...but if you know it before buying, it's ok, no surprise.
Yes, the fuel thing is a little annoying, but this factory seems to be pretty good. I did a lot of research before buying. Almost all of them produce cheap 1-tonners, but when you buy something bigger and pay more, a different quality is expected. Some of the cheap factories are that I know off are Hightop, Nuoman and probaly a whole bunch more. The Rippa factory is pretty good, and one of the best might be Xiniu/Rhinoceros. I looked at the XN20B and XN25, but for me it came down to price, and the Rippa R322L was a little cheaper. Basically I got the accessories with the rippa for the same price as only the XN20B without accessories.
@@torkelsenhus I did the same with mine. It's like wearing the right uniform, just makes it feel better to use. I call mine the "Faubota" as in fake Kubota. Saved me 30k and does everything I wanted and then some. Mine is the open top model.
Wise choice on the engine. Kubota are the best for these excavators.

Just put 30% down on a Rippa R15 today. Kind of scary, I transferred the money to bank account of Rippa

@@torkelsenhus Now I need to buy a trailer for the excavator. Do you know of anyone that has bought a trailer from China
I'm always surprised your Toyota Rav4 can tow that amount. Makes me want to get a hitch for my Subaru.
You most definitely should get a hitch for your Subaru.
Is not the towing limit for Rav4 something around 2t only? For Subaru it is even less, at least for Outback.
@@nvrst 1.500 for the XV/Crosstrek. Could be used for light stuff.
Just because it can doesn’t mean you should. I use a Durango to pull my 14k dump trailer with a bobcat 763 in it lol
