A guy at work talked me out of getting this attachment. Apparently the repetitive high velocity shakes do a number on the joints if I'm to believe him (edit; specifically the bucket and stick joint). Looks awesome though! Enjoying your 2 ton so far? I've recently ordered an R15 since my first mini-ex got popular fast around the neighborhood and I felt the need to upgrade within my own budget
@@pandabird714 yes, I’ve also heard that it ruins the machine. However , I think that you can avoid that by using it correctly. The machine must be set to the right preassure, hammer and bucket joints must be greased every hour when hammering. Short burst from 10-20 sec. I’m enjoying the machine alot, it’s s huge upgrade from my old 1-ton machine.
@@torkelsenhus Thanks for the info! I've been wanting to get that attachment to help rebuild some concrete structure in an old barn of mine (old stuff gets old and rebar rusts, smashing reinforced concrete *wall* sections is hard work by hand) Might get one later and just use it on concrete. God jul och gott nytt år från Finland :)
@ good idea. I would rather change some pins and bushings than stress my hands with hard manual hammering. buy the hammer and rest your hands. God jul og godt nyttår ja:)
@@NickGamer917 it has s25 connection, that means 25mm between the bolts, I think you need s30, but if you ask them, I bet they sell them with s30 bolts too.
Nice video. Are you happy with Rippa? Just waiting my Rippa R15 v4 with breaker hammer too but a bit smaller. The hydraulic lines, pressure gauge and nidrogen bottle were included by Rippa with yours? Thanks and regards!!
You need to change the hydraulics; the hammer is a one-way tool. The return line should go directly to the tank; there should be a valve in the machine.
@@Niemand411 seemed to work pretty good when I pushed the pedal the other way. There is a valve on the aux outlets, I think one line is set for return, like when you use the thumb.
Here's a video of the hammer used for hours: ruclips.net/video/uWQoQdZFT90/видео.htmlsi=2aIxCn0_EqXpWriH
Through your videos, you have helped many people. You are such a person who loves to share.
Nice breaker. I bought a Chinese breaker for my Kubota KXO14-4 excavator 2 ton similar to yours. Nice video thanks

@@TheDavidarlen Nice, good machine.
Thanks for the video..very informative...kevin in North Carolina usa
Thanks, buddy.
I ordered the same machine...cant wait for it to arrive...wondering if it will fitvin my shed
Do you think this hammer will fit cat 301.8c?
Curious...did the stickers come with the machine?
I put them on, you can see it in the video when I get the excavator.
Good bit of kit for small jobs 👍
@@garymorgan628 yes, it seems so.

Yes, all included. It comes as a small kit. Still happy with the Rippa, only have 20hours on it, but when the spring comes I'll test it even more.
How high ground to top of machine please
..
Hello, I think it's about 2,40 - 2,45 meters.
Instructions in Chinese (crumples them up), so glad others can't read Chinese writing either.
A very handy toy, er, I mean tool.
@@normhowes2975 handy indeed, my friend.

If the valve is set correctly, it is impossible to press the pedal incorrectly.

I need to look for this valve, I think you are right.
