Buying an AGT Industrial QH12R Chinese Mini Excavator

- In this video I trade in my John Deere 650 tractor & some money towards a brand new AGT Industrial QH12R. I was excited about finally getting one, so my video is probably all over the place, but I talk about first impressions and do a few tasks before giving it a try. Disclaimer: I have never operated one of these so it's a bit painful to watch how slow I am. Thanks for watching!

Its nice to know the hours so you know when to do service to it. Like changing the engine oil.
Add a second spring in parallel your current spring if you cannot find a stronger one. That fixed my throttle cable return problem. Ended up connecting the throttle cable to the end of the arm and mounted the cable sheath end to where the choke cable is mounted to the block, just above it. Works great and has full range of throttle.

The bucket is constructed like that so material will slide out of it easy. Thats why its in a conical chape.
Overseas shipping, they don't tighten things too tight, not for lack of care, but for the opposite, you can break things in shipping if there's no give. The dealer should be telling people to check everything, and tighten whats loose.
Look into putting a flowmeter on the boom swing. It wont jerk as much.
Make sure you install a fan in that thing. I put one on mine….they get so hot after working for about 30 minutes.
The hinges are cool…I have to install them on my unit.
My seat belt broke after one week. You need a seat belt, or you might flip out of it🤣
Im going through the process right now to import.
Everyone is so negetive when you mention these machines. Like its going to fall apart in 2 minutes

Yeah. I know my way around general machinery, worked in multiple service and maintainance teams in my life, but I asked someone to help me go over my machine when it arrives, to make sure everything is ok, and it also gives me a great opportunity to learn this machine from someone who knows his shit. This will make sure my machine is in top condition when I start working with it, and also will allow me to make a proper diagnosis if something happens, or even intervene and repair it, besides the usual maintainance tasks.
I ordered one out of Chicago, has weighted rear, canopy and hydra cooler. Took a week to get it.. very happy with it.. 6 million dollar bionic shovel.

A little w40 will fix the throttle issue. The spring is supposed to pull the cable back to rest position.

@cswint2588 I bought it from an AGT dealer in my state. It was $5,199 + 7% sales tax + $200 delivery to my driveway. Prices vary all throughout the United States. I would look on Facebook marketplace for both private sales and dealer sales. They're all overpriced on eBay and shipping gets sketchy. Definitely got to do some work to find a good unit from a good seller.

How do you set the pilot control pressure so it will operate a little smoother mine is very very jerky even with lot rpms
@jeremyyates8417 I have no idea. Mine is Jerky too. I barely move the controls to try and be steady. Also lowering the rpms helps too.

Put a bent rod on that middle lever that is awkward to use, any dude with a lathe can turn you one, i would bend it myself though
