These are the kind of sets I love to see - small, accurate, and not overpriced. Only real gripes I have is the minifigures - for some reason, Lego still refuse to print Marvel figs' legs, even on characters that need it to feel complete - I cannot unerstand this and it's really annoying. Still, thanks for the straightforward review; I may pick this up at some point.
The CMF has leg printing.

@Felipe Daniel Valdes Suarez I understand not giving every figure leg printing, but at this point with Marvel it really feels lazy - leg printing has become way more common in general, and I don't imagine it costs them much more per set at all. Look at Ninjago for example; it's basically a suprise when you see a figure _without_ leg printing. Meanwhile with Marvel, figures who sorely need it (Black Panther for example) are left with plain legs. It just doesn't make sense to me.

Exactly the thing i noticed. Was waiting to see if you get a one spare, but unfortunately not xD So you cant have cool vehicle and new sword at the same time xD
the minifigs are good, the dragon flyer is pretty good looking and pretty accurate, and for the price ,its really good.
Not a marvel fan, but I appreciate the effort that's clearly gone into this wave of sets. They have an inarticulate quality about them that feels less "toyish", or targeted towards younger children. The designers clearly tried to translate the source material into Lego as best they could, including as many details as they could. I wish more Lego sets had this level of quality. I hope that makes sense.
This looks like something that Lego would have designed about 20-25 years ago in their own standard space theme, especially if you remember (fondly, as I do) the Insectoids line. I love the minimalistic use of pieces to make a really decent flying craft. It's a great set, but since the box is as light as a feather, I definitely going to wait for a sale to buy it.
I would've prefer to have a figure like Okoye or M'baku instead of the Chitauri.
Lego will always add a villain or something for you to fight in a playset like this

How is this set the same price as that Ahsoka Maul set that comes with a tiny tiny chair?
And it comes with 3 figures instead of 2. (They are less detailed but still more play value. Also the duel set would have been a perfect opportunity to throw in a new Rex)
That duel set really shouldn't cost more than a standard battle pack.

Windscreen looks sick. You could use it to make a spinner from Blade Runner 2049.
I support this combination of scale/price/# of figs so much.

I like this set but i am still trying fo figure out a way to display it in the vertical way .... the tailtip doesn't give many options to fix it safely against tilting....

nice that lego print cockpits in low price sets but they could do the same for star wars theme as well - for example mandalorian fighter etc.

I like the play feature, I really like those trans-blue cheese slope, the price is really nice still there is a little something that stop me from fully liking this set. Not sure if it’s simply that dark grey that doesn’t work for me or if it’s something more major involving the cockpit area

I was so tempted but those primary blue pieces killed it for me. If they were black or gray I'd get 3. I could modify it but it's not something I usually do.

6:05 JANG, if you remember one of the Ninjago Accessory sets (853687 for reference) a while ago, there was a battle-damaged version of Zane whose head print wrapped all the way around one side. So LEGO does have the production ability, it's just a matter of whether they can do it to both sides of one head (which I'll assume they can), and whether they choose to do it (which it seems they never do). Unless they just decided it wasn't worth keeping that capability in their machines after that one figure.
Didn't they just print the face at the extreme end of the side print, so rather than being a wider print, it was just adjusted for the print.
@@BernieFishnotes I'm not sure what you mean. Regardless of how it was done, they were still able to accomplish a fully-printed side of the head. You should be able to find his review pretty easily if you want to check what it looks like.

You know that that uploading videos in the middle of the night hurts your channel. Maybe your channels are dying, not because of coppa, but because you dont get free views from the algarithm(which you were used to) and your actual content needs to change. Upload times are fundamentals. 230 in the morning?
