I got this camera on black Friday w/ the 18-45 and the 55-210 for $299!! It’s my first camera and I love it! Not looking to start a business or anything just family photos/videos. Have you taken any pictures yet?
I confused this with the R50. How did you find it? A lot of reviewers trashed it and said that Canon over compromised to deliver at a certain price point that the value for money is not good.
I got this on Black Friday w/ the 18-45mm and 55-210mm for only $299. As my first camera using it for family photos/videos is perfect! Been using daily since I got it and it’s amazing. If you’re seasoned photographer and have the money to splurge on the better $1,000 then yes those are better. Canon Connect lets you use live view/controls on your phone so I’m fine without the flip out screen and touchscreen. If you can get the r50 then I would. It has a new processor and a flip out touch screen. As far as budget beginner this camera is the best bang for your buck!
