    Thank you for this detailed explanation. I am totally new to this so will have to watch a few times. I was hoping there would be a bit where you would show how to do it, how to start slowly and what to work up to. Thank you again.

      Namaste Julia Shearer Ji.
      At around 8 minute of the Video, I have demonstrated a bit.
      Initially to start with, you can do 3 sets of 20 strokes.
      Once you are comfortable, you can increase 5 to 10 strokes every week. Reaching to 3 sets of 60 strokes will be good.
      Do message if you have any queries...
      Thank you for watching.

    Want to clarify one point mentioned at 6:50
    All my past teaching, reading I was told to breath out with stomach pulled inward towards spine and passive breath in when stomach goes out.
    But you mentioned they other way.
    Would like to understand what is the correct process as per ancient scripts. Genuinely confused😀

    • @SiddhiYogaInter
      @SiddhiYogaInter  Год назад +1

      6:55 time stamp is your answer. Sandeep Ji was giving an example at 6:50 but at 6:55 he has clarified the right approach. In most traditional texts, drawing the abdomen towards the spine is recommended with exhalation, and we also preach that.
      In addition, we would like to clear one more thing that passive breath may not be accurate. Instead, like Sandeep Ji said in the video, passive inhalation should be there accompanied by active exhalation.

    Can i do kapalbhati if i have mouth ulcer

    • @SiddhiYogaInter
      @SiddhiYogaInter  4 месяца назад

      Kapalbhati pranayama involves forceful and rapid exhalations, which might cause discomfort and potentially worsen your condition.
      If your doctor advises you to practice this pranayama, do it slowly and carefully. Additionally, if you experience any discomfort or pain during the practice, stop immediately and consult your doctor for further guidance.

    how to experience sahaj kumbhak in kapalbhati

    • @sandeepsolanki7868
      @sandeepsolanki7868 4 года назад +2

      Namaste SAI HR TECH SERVICES ji
      A very important question related to Kapalbhati.
      Sahaj Kumbha is the After Effect of Kapalbhati.
      Things to keep in mind for the same:
      1 Rhythm in the strokes
      2 Doing within the capacity.
      3 The moment you feel the rhythm is going getting disturbed, stop at that point of time.
      4 Increase the capacity little by little.
      With practice, as the numbers of strokes increases with ease, the Sahaj Kumbha will also increase.
      What is more important is what comes at the end of Kapalbhati and not how many strokes.
      Keep practicing.
      Take care.
