I’m just getting into affiliate marketing, but I have a goal to start outlining a blog about diabetes, self care/compliance, complications, and resources. It will all be backed up by medical resources. This disease is in my genes and I have a 20 year history working in the operating room where I was part of a team operating on patients with the disease and experiencing it’s complications. Plus I LOVE writing. You’ve given me so much info about passive income! Thank you for your thoroughness!
I fear I don’t have the energy for any of them. Especially with the steep learning curve of acquiring all the technical knowledge in order to make any of these ideas work in the first place.😩

Great video! My current passive income stream is a fully paid off rental property that I sold to the live-in tenants as a 'Contract for Deed', which for those that don't know, means that I act as the 'bank', and they make payments (including interest) to me until the loan (house) is paid off. Once paid off, the title of the house will be transferred to them. Currently, it will be a passive income stream for the next 20 or so years.
Affiliate income at the moment, and started with KDP and POD in November. Only had a few sales so far
RUclips isn't a passive income for me. I put a lot work in my channel and still earn nothing after years 🙄 I recommend to invest in stocks BUT you need money to start with...
Maybe selling digital products can be a passive income BUT first the custormers have to find your products online, which isnt easy because too many persons tries the same...
I sell tshirts on Amazon. I've been doing it very part time for years. It has brought in over $2k. It is slow but can be a better income if you actually work at it.
I also started selling tshirts on etsy but that was much slower. I decided to expand the business, buy a cricut and start selling vinyl decals. I plan to make it my part time job and working on growing that business. I like both.
I started my passive income journey with Amazon FBA and WOW. It has had a huge learning curve and there was a lot more that went into it than I had thought. My first product should arrive at the warehouse sometime in the next couple weeks. It's been a long process. I started research back in July. Fingers crossed once that's set up and going it'll generate some decent income.
I discovered your channel and started KDP low content books and I wasn't having success so I purchased your course and started over. Now I'm just finishing up my first guided journal and about to publish 😁

What was the first KDP course you bought?
The very first KDP course I bought was called K Money Mastery from Stephan James. Next, I took Karla Marie's romantic fiction coaching; I think it was called Passion Success Coaching at the time.
The only passive income stream I have on KDP is a children's book and an associated coloring book. Both took MONEY and TIME to set up, and sales are terrible, despite paying for Marketing on Fiverr and social media. I don't know what to do to boost sales, I really have no clue above and beyond what I have already done. Between the art, editing, layout, and marketing, I am $2000 in the hole.
Would love if you could share an updated video what your actual monthly income is from all of these different sources you talk about combined on average over the past three months. Thank you. So inspiring.

Selling digital products on Etsy, KDP, and multifamily rental properties are my passive income sources. Nothing new in 2022, just building more of these three :)

I love real estate (especially apartment buildings) because they are very passive investments that make money by a monthly cash flow, asset appreciating, and forced mortgage paydown (by tenants!). Real estate is the ONLY investment for which the banks are happy to give you a loan. I find this amazing!
We invest all across Canada, well except BC. BC is a bit crazy :) hard to find good returns.

Very informative video, thanks Rachel. I published 250 cooking videos in the first 10 months on you tube. Lot of work, energy and time but not much progress! But I see a lot of examples with a lot less effort and videos and a lot more progress in a short time. My point here: I’m trying to build an audience but it’s going really slow.

When you make a notebook or any passive income book, can you insert your own photo on it. Like on Canva can you make notebooks with your own dog’s photo? Similarly, can you make shirts with your dogs picture on it? This question goes for selling on KDP and Amazon merch and Shopify etc. Thank you.
You can use any photos that you own or that are royalty free. People love products with pets on them. Good luck. 🙏

Royalties and bank account churning brought in nearly $1,000/month for me last year. But all I did was increase my 403b contribution by nearly the same amount, and use that passive income to cover the difference. And monitoring all those bank accounts was definitely a time commitment.

I'm doing 90% of the things in this video; blog, affiliate marketing, low content books on Amazon, Etsy shop, RUclips channel, 4 online courses on Udemy, email marketing, and a podcast. I'm only making about $300-$400/mo though :-( Started 3 years ago with the blog and slowly been adding the rest of it. It better start working soon or I'll have to give up and get a normal job again :-(

I definitely had a couple years of stalled progress when I first got started, so don't get disheartened; you're not alone. You can do this!

I worked as a self-employed beauty therapist almost for 30 years but I don't want to do it anymore. I will be 57 this year. I have no online experience only the basics as everybody else has and I can't live without my laptop and Internet. There's no daily limit but if you're uploading dozens a day things might look a little suspicious.

Just starting out. Doing my best to come out with some materials that can be sold. I am now doing the LCP course. Once completed the course. I am going to work on some guides and planners. Next, I am going to use RUclips as the media to create videos to show how to use my guides and planners effectively to get good outcomes. Do this approach sound logical, if I am looking at generating around $2,000 a month?

I don’t want to memorize long form content so I know I need to use teleprompter but I don’t know how to make it sound natural while using a teleprompter.
This year I hope to do a course, I launched a group coaching program that was a success but not quite passive. As of now I make passive income w LCBs and drop shipping stores. They are doing well but I want to fine tune my process a bit more before I start teaching about it online 🙂 I also have a RUclips channel but mostly just for fun and a little income here and there through affiliate marketing.
