    Storing fabrics... use comic book boards and fold it around them! Game changer for me! I use the square cubby storage from menards or Walmart that hold the square bins.

      Ooooh and then you just store it like books and can grab what you need! I don’t even craft with fabric but I love this lol

      Very cool idea! I've got some in my Amazon cart!! I have two huge Kallax units from Ikea that I store toys in right now but I'm thinking of changing toy storage so I may have one of those available soon!!

    Your bags are all looking great but as a bag maker myself, I have had a lot of feedback from customers to say that unless it's a flat zip pouch, they like to have tabs at each end of the zipper to make it easier to open and close. It's really simple to do and you can use the corner aquares that are cut out to make the bags boxy 😊...just a thought for any future bags 🥰

      Thank you so much for the tip!!! I've ordered some little D-rings to put on the edge to make tabs but I'm also thinking about instead of tabs doing handles but I guess I could do both it's just a little extra work lol

    • @josierose8889
      @josierose8889 6 месяцев назад

      @@googoogoods awww yes d-rings are great! I use those on some too and they are great for attaching keyrings too! If you put one each end of the zip then you can use them to attach detachable straps as well to give people the option of no strap or strap 😊...I love the early stages of making a new bag, it's all about experimenting and seeing what works best for you 🥰

    You should do a step by step tutorial on how to make the bags and sell the video file I’m wanting to learn how to make things with a sewing machine

      Thank you so much for your tip! I'm going to make a video on how to make them and just put it on RUclips! Maybe I'll get crazy and do a written tutorial too and put that on Etsy or something but I don't mind sharing the process here on RUclips :)

    I have a question. How long did it take you to start doing markets alone (without help)? I did my first market and was kind of overwhelmed with getting everything set up. My husband and son were with me. I couldn’t imagine doing it alone right now. It’s probably because I’m new to it, thanks!😊

    • @googoogoods
      @googoogoods  6 месяцев назад +1

      Hey! I actually have done all of my markets alone except for 3! It can definitely be overwhelming at first, I've done so many that it's a lot easier for me but starting out it was really stressful. You will definitely learn how to do things faster and easier! I try to always get to the venue as soon as we are allowed to have the maximum amount of time available to get set up and that helps me a lot. You're going to get the hang of it don't worry :)

      I'm going to do that this week!!! I haven't done it yet since my table is a little messy lol but I'll clean it up and do it that way! I definitely think that will be easier!
