I use the magnetic bobbins in my embroidery machine

I was wondering if weight or can you change the tension. I buy 2 different weights of bobbins. Also when you opened that ruler you can iron on. That reminded me I bought one and have no idea where it’s at. I have 2 iPads. I didn’t realize I wasn’t following you on this iPad. I subscribed today 😊

Check your bobbins and make sure you have the right weight! I accidentally ordered thread that was too light for my flatbed and it was a mess until I got the right ones. I have the newbrothread

I'm buying the bobbins from Brother directly, it's 50 for 144 bobbins, never had a problem with them.

Will the books come in a different color sweater or just the white? Getting back to normalcy is going to be great I’m sure. We just moved and finally got settled and now I feel like I can get back to giving my business more of my time/energy

i'd say wind your own bobbins! ! use a metal bobbin and rewind when I run out. It does take more time but I don't have to worry about bobbin issues.

Aww. Hope you show pictures of the finished renovation!! And I love my chickens!!! They have way more personality than you would think they do. Definitely research breeds before you buy. With you having kids, you will want some that are not only hardy to your environment but also kid friendly. Sorry, know you didn’t ask for chicken tips but it is something I didn’t know when I first got chickens. I just wanted all the pretty eggs. -Cristi

Life happens so, as long as everyone is relatively happy (not sure you can be 100% happy with random people working in your house) and all are very healthy then that’s all that matters. Hope they get everything sorted for you. Katt x

Hey, good morning! If you use Embrilliance Essential for your embroidery, they added now allow you to print the snowman directly onto your desing. I use it even though I don't have a laser on my Ricoma embroidery machine, but it helps me out to center my design. Here is a link to a RUclips video explaining how to do it. Update comment : malls are def not the way to go. People arent in the mind for art or unique finds. 😅 not a zero day but still in negative and very long day. Tons of foot traffic but all with bags from big box discount stores or super lux. No indie, and lots of licensed stuff. Dont know how any of the inner shops make it

Hi Bailey! I love the 2nd book stitch out, the darker colors look really good and on a cream colored shirt will make them pop. The room looks better without the bookshelves in front of the windows, much more light is coming in now. ☀️You’re making so many nice items for the Fall/Halloween - love seeing them all. I’m really glad you are taking a break this month from the markets, you work a lot of hours on your business and breaks to recharge are needed. Your business name could make some think you have kids stuff. Make sure when applying to let vendors know what you sell and maybe attach pictures. Location can kill you, we were in the very back corner at a Christmas show and hardly sold anything, the next year I asked to be closer to the front and we ended up in the middle and sold a lot more.

Hey Bailey! Another great video. 😸. Loved the second stitch out of the books. The blue really makes the words pop. Think they would look lovely on a lighter sweatshirt, like you mentioned. I’m sure the green would also be nice but the green book may possibly get a little lost. The new room is really coming together. You’ll definitely find it easier to sew on a stable table, rather than a folding one. Hopefully it’ll work better for you. But if you find you do want to invest in a different sewing machine then I would suggest you opt for a machine with at least the following: Automatic thread cutter, knee lift and a larger throat space. These really are game changers. Well they were for me anyway. The knee lift especially. 😸 Katt x

i have a tip for you in case you make anymore photo boards and use contact paper or anything sticky like that. I see alot of people putting laminate on their sticker sheets the same way you were applying the conact paper by using a squeegee. The problem is that its only 4 or 5 inches wide and it doesnt apply the width of the sticky paper all at the same time so you are more likely to get wrinkles. I litearlly do this every day several times a day and I figured out that if I use a ruler it applys or smooths out a wide surface all at the same time which means you dont get the wrinkles. With your board being that wide you might have to get creative with what you use but I litearlly made a 16x20 board this morning and used my 12" ruler to smooth it out as I applied it and it worked perfect. So Im thinking if you just switch to a ruler instead of the squeegee and dont start at a corner.. I peel back about 2 inches of the bottom of the sticky sheet all the way across,. I turn it upside down so that I can cut about an inch of the backing off all the way across, once I do this I have the whole width of the sticky paper exposed with about an inch or so deep. So I carefully apply this to the bottom of the board all the way across then take my ruler and slowly push it towards the top which rolls out the contact paper just like you were doing but instead of being at an edge and angle it is going straight up from bottom to top and the surface of what you are pushing with is almost the width of the sticky paper so it is far less likely to pucker or wrinkle. hopefully this made sense... I had to learn how to do this to save myself alot of frustration because I use sticky laminate on all of my sticker sheets and this is like 2nd nature now LOL.

I think the colour thread that you received looks like a good representation of wisteria violet but the colour thread you showed in the Amazon listing looks more like a deep Royal blue

The new machine is a beast! I would be so intimidated just trying to thread it.. 😂 The books looked great on your test version.. I think the darker blue and a little more orange to the top book would make it pop more but it was beautiful… I loved the cat design.. hope you are able to get them to update it so you can use it because it was really cute. I can see that being a big seller. And I’m sitting in Orlando at a Disney Resort thinking I really picked the wrong time to stay on property… Have been here for a few days and the weather has NOT been cooperative.. However I have had time to catch up with watching RUclips LOL!

You can get a fine tip sharpie and fill in the black :) but yes I’d reach out to the designer about the design being off . Also the 10 needle doesn’t have a laser :( I love the laser on my 6 needle . It’s so helpful bc I’m not good with centering even with the creasing and the hooping station. I also overthink things too lol
